Name of Work:ARMO Electrical Works at FSD Meenangadi for the year 2023-24Sub Head : Converting the existing 10.8 kWp Off-Grid Battery connected Solar Plant to Grid Connected On-Grid SolarSystem with the existing Solar panels by dismantling and replacing the existing Battery banks and Power Conditioning Units(PCU) with new ongrid Solar Inverter/PCU and Net Metering system(III CALL)

1Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ongrid Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, with the existing Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with followingcomponents complete as required:-a) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degree C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequencyb) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories.c) Fixing of Array junction box & Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required.d) Lightning and surge voltage protection.e) Connections & Interconnections by supplying & fixing required size XLPE insulated copper conductor 1.1 kV grade armoured power and control cables between solar modules, main power cable to grid supply PCU unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary channel/conduit lugs and other accessories etc. as required.(Derived DSR 2019 Item for Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant)
2Credit value of following dismantled obsolete/unserviceable materials.Dismantled 96V, 500Ah Battery Bank(48 nos. of 2V VLRA batteries) with Power Conditioning Unit of 4kW Solar Inverter
3Dismantled 48V 300Ah Battery Bank(24 nos. of 2V VLRA batteries) with Power Conditioning Unit of 2kW Solar Inverter
4Dismantled Single Phase Energy Meters
5Dismantled GI structures for mounting the dismantled panels
