The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories along with Electronic Governer AO. B) Engine mounted instrument panel fitted with and having digital display for following: i) Start-Stop switch with key. ii)Water temperature indication. iii) Lubrication oil pressure indication. iv) Lubrication oil temperature indication v)Battery charging indication. vi) RPM indication. vii)Over speed indication.viii) Low lubrication oil trip indication. ix) Engine hours indication. x)Inbuilt Diesel tank. C) ALTERNATOR Synchronous alternator rated 400 KVA, 415 Voltat 1500 RPM 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40º C, 50% RH & at 1000meter MSL. The alternator shall be having SPDP enclosure, brushless, continuous duty, self-excited andself-regulated through AVR conforming to IS 4722/IEC 60034 suitable for tropical condition and with class H insulation. D) BASE FRAME FOUNDATION Both the engine and alternator shallbemounted on suitable base frame made ofM.S. channel with necessary reinforcement which shall be installedon suitablecementconcretefoundationand vibration isolation arrangement as per recommendations of manufacturer. E) FUEL TANK Daily service fuel tank of 600 ltrs. capacity fabricated out of 3mm thick M.S sheet complete withall standard accessories andfuel piping between fuel tank and diesel engine with M.S Class "C" pipes of suitable diameter. Complete with valves, level indicator & accessories as required as per specifications: F) EXHAUST SYSTEM Dry exhaust system manifoldwith Residentialexhaust silencer. G) STARTING SYSTEM 12 V/24 VDCstarting systemcomprisingofstartermotor"s voltage regulator and arrangement for initial excitation completewith suitable Nos. of batteries ( 150 AH capacity lead acid type) 2 Nos. as required as per specification. H) Acoustic and weather proof enclosure with arrangement for fresh air intake for cooling of the engine and alternator, extraction, discharginghot air into the atmosphereas per specifications, for in house power generation for emergency loads.
2	Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Standard automatic mains failure control suitable for 400KVA silent type D.G set complete with relays, timers, set of CTs for metering & protection for overload, short circuit, restricted earth fault, under frequency, control cabling from AMF panel to diesel engine and elsewhere if required, all complete and inter locking the following: a)Auto/manual/Test/Off selector switch b)2 Nos. over voltage relay, 2 Nos. reverse power relayand 2 Nos. under voltage relay c)3 Sets of current transformer 15 P 10 accuracy for protection and 15 VA class-I formetering d)Energy analyzer unit to indicate current voltage frequency power factor and KWH e)Indication lamp for load on mains and load on set f) Fuse for instruments g)Automatic Battery charger with selector switch for trickle, off and boost. h)Main supply failure monitor i) Supply failure timer j) Restoration timer k)Control unit with three impulse automatic enginestart/stop and failure to start lockout l) Impulse counter with locking and reset facility m) ON/Off/control circuit switch with indicator n)Audio/video annunciation for (i) High water temperature (ii) Low lubricating oil pressure (iii) Engine over speed (iv) Engine fails to start (v) Full load/maximum load warning For automatic Switching ON/Off of D.G supply
