7	Labour charges for cleaning of fuel day tank, fuel lines, fuel filter , Rectification of leakages to the fuel line, valves, fuel pump, Replacement of gland packing, gaskets, oil seal for both the incinerators . The rate is inclusive ofall taxes etc
8	Labour charges for checking and necessary repairs of control panel board and related parts of Incinerator ensuring perfect and trouble free operation of all switches, contactors, OLR, MCBs, fuses, sequence controller, temperature controller, RTD, thermocouple, motors, photocell, visual and alarm monitors, limit switches, indication lamps, etc. andcleaning of all terminals using Carbon tetra chloride, painting of panel board.
9	Dismantling overhauling cleaning and minor repair works to the ID fan assembly.The work includes reassembling the blower unit, motor, shaft, impeller, bearing block, in proper alignment and carrying out necessary cleaning and surface finishing for the outer casing, , necessary patch work to the casing and repainting using heat resistant hammer tone paint and labour charges for replacing of bearings ,greasing of bearing and dyanamic balancing of impeller .The rate inclusive of all taxes transportation and cost of consumables.
