1Racking out existing filling from expension, construction and dummy joints of width not exc. 10mm, upto required depth as specified by special tools like concrete culter, wire/ coir brushes/ machines and joint cleaned thoroughly with application of compressed air, making free from all the loose material i.e. dirt, dust, grease, existing sealing compound, filler board (as required), including sticked material of existing compound racked upto full depth of joints etc and filling with polyurethane joint sealant single component using mechanical means to a depth 10-12 mm (depth above the backup rod) with minimum performance gurantee of 05 years and minimum movement accomodation factor (MAF)+/-30% conforming to requirement of BS : 5212 and EN-141875-2003 for hydrolysis/ water resistance test including two coats of primer and filling the balanced racked depth of joint with backup material i.e. closed cell polythylene to ensure tight packing, so that no gaps or voids exist at the top of backup material separated by bond breaker tape over suitable size HD 10 filler board in position where required and as per manufacturer"s instructioncomplete all as specified and directed.
2All as per srl item No 01 above but joint of width exc. 10 mm and not exc. 16 mm and depth of polyurethane joint sealant 08 mm completeall as specified and directed.
3All as per srl item No 01 above but joint of width exc. 16 mm and not exc. 26 mm and depth of polyurethane joint sealant 08 mm completeall as specified and directed.
4All as per srl item No 01 above but joint of width exc. 26 mm and not exc. 36 mm and depth of polyurethane joint sealant 08 mm completeall as specified and directed.
5Material and labour for polyurethane concrete floor coating system on existing concrete pavement laid in flat or sloping compatible to take ESD self levelling conductive floor coating average thickness of 6mm laid on conductive primer all as specified and as per manufacturer"s specification and procedure and of approved colour all as specified and directed by GE and to be carried out as under: (a) Preparation of existing concrete pavement i.e. scrubbing and removal of existing treatment/ new PCC floor, cleaning of dust, dirt, painting, oil, grease, moisture by mechnically scarifying, diamond grinding or shot blasting, vaccum cleaning etc. to achieve exposed smooth and even aggregate surface free of broom marking (grinding to be done on top surface upto 1.5 to 2mm as required) and finally cleaning the surface by water wash to the satisfaction of GE. (b) Application of conductive primer coating for bounding to achieve desired bond strength and also fixing conductive gride of copper type 100 micron thick or electrode system or any advance technology to achieve desired result for electro static dissipation as specified. (c) Provn of self levelling of PU ESD concrete floor of average thickness 6mm of approved colour/shade. application to done by trained and certified team of product manufacturer"s only.
6Material and labour for new epoxy polyurethane anti static gloss surface and application of epoxy polyurethane paint marking in white/ orange/ golden yellow over primer in lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc complete all as per manufacturer"s instruction and to the entire satisfaction of GE.
