Name of Work:-Replacement of damaged components of 325 ampere LT control panel alongwith allied works at pumping station Baryal.
Sl. No. Item Description
1Providing and fitting by way of replacement of wornout parts of 415v, 3 phase, 325 ampere rating LT control panel cum star delta auto starter installed at pumping station Baryal. The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. The job involves replacement of damaged fault analyzer cum contactor unit. Replacement of star delta auto starter assembly of 325 ampere rating has to be carried out by way of extraction of wornout main power contactor MNX-325-1no. from the starter assembly. Providing and fitting of new contactor of same rating and reputed make. Job further includes replacement of damaged contactor kit of delta contactor MNX-325 ampere by way of providing and fitting of the kit of same rating and specifications. Providing and fitting of digital voltmeter and amperemeter-1no. each. Replacement of internal control wiring. Shifting panel back and fitment at site followed by testing and without load and thereafter on full load. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate if any, should be quoted separately.
