3	Providing and laying Prime Coat over the Wet Mix Macadam surface using 7 Kg of SS1 Grade Emulsion bitumen for 10 Sq.m including cost of Emulsion bitumen which will be supplied by the contractor himself at his own cost as per special condition including cost and conveyance to site handling charges including labour charges for brushing,cleaning and preparing the surface for Applyinging the tack coat and labour for applying and required quantity of bitumen binder as tack coat by bitumen sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights flags etc., completed Complying with Standard Specification as per Clause 503 MORTH Specification.

5	Providing and laying 50 mm conslidated thick Dense Bituminuous macadam using 0.24 cum of 26.50-13.20 mm,0.25cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm and below and with 53.20kg of VG30 bitumen premixing 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site,heating the bitumen and aggregates to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tons capacity,conveying the mix by tipper trucks to work site,spreading the mixuniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grade and cross sections and compaction byvibratory/ pneumapic roller to the required density etc., including labour for accending to pavor at sites etc., including hire charges and fuel chargesfor 20-30T CMP with bitumen Boiler,tipper trucks, paver finisher/9 m paver finisher,vibratory/ pneumapic rollers and all other tools and plant required including to all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as clause 505MORTH Rev-5.
6	Providing and layingBituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50 mm, 0.13cum of 9.50-2.36 mm and 0.26cum of 2.36mm and below with 45.27 kgs of VG 30 /VG 40bitumen 5.03Kg of Plastic including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20–30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 30 mm with mechanical Paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80 - 10 tonne vibratory/ pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labor for attending to paver site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20 – 30tCMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, paver finisher,/ 9m paver finisher, vibratory/ pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required including fule and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as for clause 507of MORTH Rev-5Rev-5.
7	Collection,supply and filling of Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thickincluding allcost and conveyance of Gravel from the approved quarry to the work site and stacking them to departmental gauge for pre measurement including labourcharges for spreadingand all other incidental charges etc, complete complying as per clause 401 MORTH specification.
8	Providing and Fixing Reflective Road Studs of"Categary B" Raised Pavement Markers made out of of poly carbonate /ABS MouldedBody and Reflective Panel ( bi Convex reflectors ) with Micro Prismatic lens Capable of Providing Total interal reflection of the Light entering the lens face with retro-reflectance and Chromaticity Values Conforming to ASTM D 4280. The Reflective raised Pavement Markers Shall also Conform to the Morth Circular No RW / NH.33023/10/97 - Do 111 dt 11.06.97 and the Lenght Height and Width of the Boby Shall not To be Less than 100mm,15mm amd 90mm and Base of Marker Shall be Support a load of 13635 Kg Tested in Accordance With ASTM D 4280.
