2	Overhauling of TELK make 11/3.3 kV, 5 MVA Power Transformer at FACT 110 kV substation of oil capacity-3420 liters and Complete body painting at site as per the scope of work specified and terms and conditions attached. Scope of work: A) Draining of oil, disconnection and disassembling of HV/LV bushings, conservator tank/ pipe lines, cooling fins, tap-changer, Inspection windows, Explosion vent Unit, main tank lid etc. B) Lifting the core/ coil assembly for inspection, cleaning, tightness check, testing of core/ coils and performing any repairs as required. C) Cleaning the tank inside complete to remove all sludge and impurities present. D) Servicing / re fixing of MOLG / Level gauge, temperature gauges, Buchholz relay, replacement of explosion vent diaphragm and wire guard etc. E) Flushing the interior of the body and windings with new oil to clean inside. F) Replacing of all old gaskets of bushings, radiators, drain plugs, conservator, Inspection windows Buchholz relay, Air breather, pipe Lines, Main lid with new and approved type . G) Inspection/ replacement of drain valves, radiator valves, HV, LV & Neutral side Bushings as required. H) Rinsing of radiators and re assembling of the Transformer to its original shape. I) Vacuum oil filling of the Transformer and Hot oil circulation till satisfactory oil test results are achieved. J) Testing of oil as specified in special conditions. K) Supply of all required materials for cleaning the Transformer body and spray painting of the exterior with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of approved colour and make. M) Pre-commissioning checks forenergisation.
3	Overhauling of VOLTAMP make 11/3.3 kV, 5 MVA Power Transformer at FACT 110 kV substation of oil capacity-2220 liters and Complete body painting at site as per the scope of work specified and terms and conditions attached. Scope of work: A) Draining of oil, disconnection and disassembling of HV/LV bushings, conservator tank, radiators/cooling fins, pipe lines, tap-changer, Inspection windows, Explosion vent Unit, main tank lid etc. and lifting the transformer from site and leads to road for transporting to FACT’s workshop for overhauling and returned to site accordingly. B) Lifting the core/ coil assembly for inspection, cleaning, tightness check, testing of core/ coils and performing any repairs as required. C) Cleaning the tank inside complete to remove all sludge and impurities present. D) Servicing / re fixing of MOLG / Level gauge, temperature gauges, Buchholz relay, replacement of explosion vent diaphram and wire guard etc. E) Flushing the interior of the body and windings with new oil to clean inside. 4	Oil leak arresting located in flanges of No.4 110kV/11kV TELK make, 15/20MVA Power Transformer at FACT 110 kV substation of oil capacity-17600 liters and Complete body painting at site as per the scope of work specified and terms and conditions attached. Scope of work: A) Draining of oil, disconnection and disassembling of HV/LV bushings, conservator tank, radiators/cooling fins, pipe lines, tap-changer, Inspection windows, Explosion vent Unit, main tank lid etc. B) Servicing / re fixing of OLTC, MOLG, Level gauge, temperature gauges, Buchholz relay, replacement of explosion vent diaphram and wire guard etc. C) Flushing the interior of the body and windings with new oil to clean inside. D). Replacing of all old gaskets of bushings, radiators, drain plugs, conservator, Inspection windows Buchholz relay, Air breather, pipe Lines, Main lid with new and approved type . E) Re fixing of all dismantled parts of transformer back to it’s original position and tightening of all flange joints. F) Refilling of the drained oil after filtering and Hot oil circulation till satisfactory oil test results are achieved. G) Inspection/ replacement of drain valves, radiator valves, HV, LV & Neutral side Bushings as required. H) Testing of oil as specified in special conditions. I) Supply of all required materials for cleaning the Transformer body and spray painting of the exterior with one coat of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy paint of approved colour and make. J) Pre-commissioning checks forenergisation. (Note: Crane facilities required for the work shall be provided by FACT at free of cost.)
