6Materials and labour for sand filling around the cable with approved quality coarse sand for sand cushioning of Under ground cableincludingspreading and punning down to 18 cm thickness complete all as specified and as directed.(Compacted thickness shall be measured)
7Supply & Fixing bricks well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks in trenches on cable as cable protection across the length of the cable (width wise) complete all as specified and as directed.
8Supply ,installation, testing and commissioning floor mounted transformer of capacity 400 KVA step down, outdoor type, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC oil immersed, air naturally cooled (ONAN type), with external cooling tubes/radiators, double wound core type, copper wound having voltage ratio 11 KV/433 V corresponding to principal tapping, Delta connected primary winding (HV side) and star connected on secondary winding (LV side) in accordance with vector group DYN -11 with neutral brought out on LV side and,constant output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage complete and conforming to IS-1180 ammendment 2021 Maximum loses of transformer shall be energy efficiency level 2 as per IS-1180:2021, Temperature rise in oil 40°C and windings 45°C, Having percentage of impedence not more than 4.5% complete with all standard fittings and accesssories, gauges, first filling of transformer oil etc complete all as specified and comprising with the following fittings and accessories :- (a) Externally hand operated off-circuit Tap Switch with position indicator and locking device. (b) Conservator with oil gauge, filling hole with plug & drain hole with plug.

12Supply and fixing steel tubular swaged pole, type 410 SP 55 (Overall length 11.00 meter) conforming to IS-2713 (Part 1 to 3) 1980 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and washers, screws. Pole shall be painted with two coat of black bituminous throughout internally and externally upto planting depth and the remaining external portion shall be painted with two coats of aluminum paints over a coat of red oxide primer, including painting of black & white alternate strips of 30cm each externally from ground level upto 1.2m with synthetic enamel paint, numbering of poles complete all as specified and as directed. (Note: Excavation and earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective items)Design / drawing of HT pole showing the layout and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge and GE before placing order to the manufacturer.
13Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
14Materials and labour for providing cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 ( 20 mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.
15Supply & Fixing Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round,square and flat) including nuts,bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
16Material and labour for Cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
17Supply and fixing Pin type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade confirming to IS-2486 complete all as specified and as directed.
18Supply and fixing triple pole mechanically operated air break switch (GOD), vertical mounting, rotating type, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level complete in all respect such as gun metal moving contacts and spring loaded gun metal fixed jaws, knife copper jumper strip etc, suitable for 11000 Volts grade, 50 Hz with 9 insulator of rating upto 200 Amps complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Design / drawing of HT pole showing the layout and dimension is to be obtained from OEM/auth dealer/supplier and same is to be got approved from Engr-in-charge and GE before placing order to the manufacturer.
19Material and labour for lightning arrester non-linear resistor type conforming to IS-3070 (Part-III)-1993 complete, line discharge class-3, nominal discharge current 10 KA (peak), 12 KV rated system voltage peak value high current impulse on 4/10 micro sec, wave shape 65 KA (peak) assy suitable for 11 KV, long duration discharge class-IIwith insulation level not less than 28/75 KV and mounted on hot dip galvanised steel structure incl all clamps, nuts, bolts and washers & connecting to earth complete on pole structure all as specified incl taking down the unserviceable one all as directed.
20Supply and fixing expulsion type drop out fuse unit suitable for 11000 volt and current rating50 to 100 Amps shall be mounted on and including MS channel complete with two post insulator for 11000 volts including necessary clamps, nuts, bolts , washers, the exposed steel surface shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.
21Material and Labour for HT cable route indicator of 80 mm dia CI plate duly engraved( cable HT 11 KV), bolted with 40x6mm flat MS angle iron member of height 0.6 mtr and embeded in PCC 1: 3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregated) of size 20cm x 20cm x 30cm block including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.
22Supply and fixing Danger notice plate of 25x20cm size and 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters(Local & Hindi language), figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT pole complete all as specified and as directed.
23M&L for loose filling with aggregate of gauge 40 to 80 mm of broken stone or boulders, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, at transformer yard / two pole / three / four polestructure complete all as specified and as directed.
24Supply, laying connecting and testing XLPE insulated (Earthed) cable in trenches / or fixed on pole etc in screenedPVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (Heavy duty) with stranded alluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core, Confirming to IS-7098 (Part-II) 1985 complete all as specified and as directed.. (Note :-Earth work, PCC cable protection cover, sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.
25Supply and laying under ground XLPE insulated PVC sheathed (Heavy duty) armoured 1100 volts grade aluminium conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches or fixed to wall / pole / ceiling as per IS 7098 (Part I) including connection cable glands, aluminium lugs etccomplete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work,Brick protection, sand cushioning and GI Pipe will be measured and paid separately under respective item.
26Material and labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.25 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed with layers of charcoal dust and common salt, earth electrode GI strip 32 x 6 mm size dia connected to GI earth plate electrode by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanizediron and thimbles and other end of earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron light grade 40mm bore and GI pipe 20mm bore medium grade with funnel and wire mesh for watering including necessary excavation and earth works. concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) and all as shown in Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR (Part-1)of 2009. all as specified. (Note:- (i) Main earthing strip from earth plate electrode to rest point upto length of 7.5 meters length shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item. (ii) On testing after completion if the desired resistenance is not obtained the contractor shall redo the earthing without any extra cost to the department.
27Supply and fixing 80 mm bore dia GI pipe, light grade including all fittings laid under road crossings or fixed to polecomplete all as specified and directed.
28Supply and fixing heat shrinkable type end termination cable joiting kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated cable 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm size, 3 core, 11 KV including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed
29Supply and fixing heat shrinkable type end termination cable jointing kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated cable 120 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm size, 3.5 core, 1100 V including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
30Supply, install, testing and commissioning of main LT Panel board, TPN 415 volts, 50 HZ out door kiosk type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust, vermin and weather proof IP-65, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out suitable size with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connentions, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current of 200 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCBs (intake point) will be carried out with TPN coper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator complete all as specified and directed comprising of the following:-
31(a) ACB 4 Pole 415 Volt, 36 KA with thermal magnetic relaese (manual drawout type) of capacity 630 Amps -01 Nos (Incoming). (b) MCCB 250 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnetic release having rupturing capacity 16 KA-02 Nos (Outgoing) For sub/distribution panel. (c) MCCB 200 Amps 4 Pole 50 Hz 415 V with thermal magnetic release having rupturing capacity 16 KA-02 Nos (Outgoing) For capacitor control. (d) 3 Phase digital multi function meter model A, class 1.5 A with relay vega Series-01 Nos. (e) Indicating lamp 240 volts LED type-Set of three. (f) Digital volt meter and ameter - 01 of each (g) Contractor will get approved the Drawing of panel from AGE(I). (h) PCC foundation of suitable size in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 minimum 40 cm below NGL and 45 cm above from NGL, fixed with suitable nut, bolt,washer etcduly plastered 5mm thick in CM 1:3 and painted with two coat of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer.
32Supply, install, testing and commissioning of main LT Panel board, TPN 415 volts, 50 HZ out door kiosk type floor mounted CPRI approved factory made, double door dust, vermin and weather proof IP-65, fabricated out of CRCA sheet not less than 3.15 mm thick with 2mm thick for internal compartment duly powder coated fixed on angle iron pedestal made out suitable size with cable chamber for individual feeders for incomming and outgoing connentions, one set of LED indicator lamp RYB with switch and fuse and the panel board shall be provided with proper ventillation including suitable size of cable alley copper bus bar suitable for carrying of current of 600 Amps with suitable connections from MCCB out going to main bus bar shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bars of suitable rating and connections from main bus bar to out going MCCBs (intake point) will be carried out with TPN coper bus bar as per MCCB rating duly insulated and colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be rigidly mounted on suitable size of bridge insulator including necessary fixing arrangement with suitable nut, bolts, washers etc to the MC pedestal all as specified and directed comprising of the following:- Note:-(a) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volt with thermal magnetic (manual Drawout type) of capacity 630 Amps-01 No. (b) 3 Phase digital multi function meter model A, class 1.5 A with relay vega Series-01 No. (c) Indicating lamp 240 volts LED type-Set of three. The size of panel boards shall be suitable for housing the accessories given here under.
