3Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of HT 33 KV, 630 amp, indoor type, 3 phase, 50 cycles ,25KA/1sec, incoming cum outgoing type, totally enclosed metal clad VCB Switchgear having Rupturing capacity upto 1500 MVA, VCB in drawout panel horizontal drawout type with overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and VCBrating 630 Amp made out of CRCA sheet dust and vermin proof , duly powder coated, compartment based with trunk mountedspring operated electrically and manually charged operating mechanism suitable for horizontal isolation, VCBs with copper busbar, confirming to IS specifiction and class of protection with suitable copper busbar arrangement andfollowing items as under. 5Material and labour for supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable earthed (heavy duty) 11000 Volts grade with aluminium conductor 3 core 185 sqmm ISI marked, laid in trenches, duct, through pipe, in floor, on pole including jointing and testing, complete all as specified and directed.
6Material and labour for supply and fixing of Cable jointing kit for 33 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 300 sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

12Returning filling in trenches, spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard /dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
13Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cable with dry sand locally available 8cm thick before laying of the cable and 15cm thick after laying and stretching the cable below the bricks/PCC cover, punning of sand using suitable T&P as per site condition,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Punned thickness of sand to be consider for measurement purpose .
15Material and labour for supply and laying of reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class EHV, type 1 with peak, size 450mm x 230mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.
