| 1 | Supply and fixing in repair double side retro reflective sign board of size (1200x900mm)(as per drawing enclosed as Appx \"A\") fixed on stainless steel board. The board shall be made of two aluminium composite panel (ACP) sheet 4 mm thick fixed on SS 304 series hollow tubular section of 40 mm nominal dia including 3M (3630/3650 series) vinyl of background with high intensity promatic (HIP) reflective sheet, self adhesive graphic with 3M scotchal and mounting with 3M approved tensing system etc as directed by Engr-in-charge. The board shall be sheated with reflective tape of blue colour, letter/symbol shall be written in white colour writing of approved shape, size and font as directed by Engr-in-charge.The sign board supported on 02 Nos post of 60.3mm outer dia stainless steel pipe 304 series 3.2m long with round moulded design on top welded with 04 Nos of 70 mm long SS 304 series hollow sectionof 40 mm nominal dia. The supporting pipe fixed on ground with PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) 0.45m (W) x0.45m (L) x 0.6m depth including necessary excavation and PCC as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Grade of SS pipe shall be grade 304 Jindal and minm wall thickness shall be 2.11 mm for 20mm outer dia and 2.77 mm for above 20 mm outer dia pipe including appropriate , all leads, lifts, taking down existing sign board complete as per drawing, specifications and directe. |
| 2 | Supply and fixing in repair of single side view board (as per drawing enclosed as Appx \"B\") made of Aluminium composite panel of 3 mm thick (ACP) of size 1800mmx1200mm dark blue colour. The ACP sheet should be fixed with tray technology with standard make silicon (Dow corning) to 1 1/2\" x 1 1/2\" 14 SGW aluminium tube frame (as per drawing attached). ACP sheet 3 mm thick (Consist of 0.25mm thick aluminium foil both side in between 3 mm thick composition of LDPE & HDPE. The top side should be coated with PVDF coating to 27 to 30 micron and bottom should be coated with polyster paint. The MS square frame (38.1x38.1x2.03mm) to fixed to wall with through M.S flat (50x50x5mm) welded to the centre offrame at four places fitted with Hilti fasteners. The letter/symbol shall be written in diamond shape white colour writing of 3M tape of approved shape, size and font as directed by Engr-in-charge. The frame to be grey/black/blue painted with two coat of 1st grade synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including appropriate priming coat, all leads, lifts, taking down existing sign board complete as per drawing, specifications and directed. |

Special inks used for printing letter/legend/direction/theme as directed by engr-in-charge shall be certified for low volatile organic compound emission & shall be water based ink (Non solvent & non eco solvent) with durability of 10 year at least. The reflective sheeting signage facia shall be covered with ultra violet overlaminate transparant film. the signage facia will shall be warranted for 10 year as per IRC-67 .
