Tender For Periodical Services To Zone ‘C’ At Ins Shivaji Lonavla ( 8171 / E8 ) . 1 M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping with machnical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7/9 to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour complete all as directed. 2 M&L forone coat of acrylic waterbased interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr(undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI.Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subbsequent coats up to 15M height all as directed. 3 M&L forapplying two coats of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface up to 15M height complete all as specified and directed. Note : - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. 4 M&L for Preparation of old plastered surfaces of walls,Pillars, cornices etc by brooming down with steel wire brush, scraping down smoke shoot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying one coat of oil bound distemper using Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface up to 15M height from ground level incldng removing and refixng wall paintngs boards and panels of any descripton complete all as specified and directed. The work pertaining to periodical services shall be executed from authorized applicator through manufacturer of which the materials .i.e. Paint, Distemper, Cement base paint, Putty etc. is proposed to be used by the contractor and approved by Garrison Engineer.(b.)The contractor shall upload along with the documents under cover-I, ‘Memorandum of Understanding’ (MOU) with only one manufacturer mentioned in the contract, failing which the bid shall be liable to be rejected.
