6Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 33kV, 630A, 25KA /3 -sec, IAC, AFLR, Gas-Insulated type VCB Panel making arrangement IP 4X Indoor suitable, floor-mounted, complying to IEC 62271-200 for design, manufacturing and type-tested, including Internal Arc for operator safety (IAC 26.3kA/1-sec), having 02 x Incomming +01 Bus coupler+with 01 bus raiser+02 Out Goingall inside Gas-Insulated IP65 (partition class : partition of metal) SS 304 grade SS tank (2.5 mm thickness), flush-front mechanism having lockable access door with mounted bay-protection and control scheme, including LEDs, mimic etc. as prescribed below , also SCADA complying to IEC 61850 :-

8(A) 02 x Incomer 33 KV GIS Panel, each comprising of :-
9(i) 33 kV, 630 Amp, 25KA /3 -sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100 with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03 Nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker and panel, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (110V DC).
10(ii) Current Transformers 33 KV 100/1-1 amp, Core1: Class 0.5, 10VA, Core2: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos per breaker
11(iii) Potential Transformers, Draw-out type for easy maintenance, 33kV/rt3:110V/rt3, 50VA, Cl.0.5 with associated gun-type HRC fuses and MCBs for HT/LT isolation - Set of 03 Nos.
12(a) Transient/intermittent earth fault protection (b) Phase discontinuity protection (c) Aux. Protections incl. Trip Circuit Supervision, Circuit Breaker Failure protection, master trip etc. (iv) Main, Numerical, Drawout Protection Relay ( Line Differential ) with large LCD displaying mimic bay for ON/OFF control and monitoring of feeder parameters listed below and built in disturbance recorder cycle. The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. Breaker On,Off,Spring.Charged, Disconnector On,Off,Earth, Line-Current/Line-Voltage, Trip Circuit Healthy, Gas-Pressure Low in Breaker Chamber, Gas-Pressure Low in Busbar Chamber, AC Supply Fail, Local-Remote switch The relay shall have built-in back-lit LCD screen to show Single-Line-Diagram and other relevant parameters.
13The relay shall be communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over double /Redundant RJ-45/USB/FO port, having required protection functions including (a) Line Differential with high set and low set (stabilized) with second harmonic restraint to bypass transformer inrush. The scheme will be implemented using Single Mode Fibre Optic protection communication link between local and remote relay. Suitable blocking arrangement shall be available to prevent nuisance tripping due to loss of connection, (b) Over current and earth fault protection with minimum pickup at low set of 5% and 1% respectively, (c) Transient/intermittent earth fault protection, (d) Phase discontinuity protection, (e) Synchro-check between Incomer-01 and Incomer-02
14(v) Flush mounted Aux. Protection Relays incl. (a) Trip Circuit Supervision Relay, (b) Master trip Relay, (c) SF6 Gas Pressure Low, (d) TCN (e) DCF (f) Self supervision (g) SF 6 Gas pressure low. 16(x) Other accessories incl. Space Heater with thermostat for LV panel and cable chamber, 3-Pin socket with switch, CFL lamp. (xi) Suitable terminal arrangement along with Light Interface Unit, Patch-cord and associated port for spliced connection with external armoured fibre-optic cable shall be provided for achieving pilot-wire (OFC) connection (line-differential).
17(B) 01 x Bus Coupler 33 KV GIS Panel (i) 33 kV, 630 Amp, 25 KA /3-sec, Draw-Out Vacuum Circuit Breaker as per IEC-62271-100with roll on floor type Vacuum Circuit Breaker having 03nos. vacuum bottles of same make as of circuit breaker and panel, motorized spring charging mechanism (230VAC) with integral spring charging handle for manual charging, associated push-buttons, anti-pumping feature, and associated Shunt Trip/Close Coils (110V DC). (ii) Current Transformers 33 KV 100/1-1 amp, Core1: Class 0.5, 10VA, Core2: Class PS-X - Set of 03 Nos per breaker (iii) Main Protection Relay shall be a Numerical Drawout IED Relay ( Should be GIS manufacturers own make) communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over double /Redundant RJ-45/USB/FO port and HSR complaint with programmable min 14 digital input, min 10 digital outputs, 11 front LED ,large dynamic display ,microprocessor based protection scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on various faults like (a) over current+ earth fault protection for HT/LT side. The Relay shall have complete bay control features incl. Large LCD display for displaying Feeder SLD (position indication), integrated ON/OFF control function, three phase current measurement, disturbance recorder, event log and fault record with non-volatile memory, self-supervision.The relay shall have sufficient binary inputs and outputs to receive and issue external commands as listed separately. However more DI & DO may be provided in order to fulfill the scheme requirement for SCADA compatibilty.
18The relay shall be fully integrated with the feeder, internally capturing feeder statuses incl. Breaker On/Off/Spring.Chrgd, Line-Current, SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Busbar compartment), SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Breaker Compartment), Master Trip, Trip Circuit Failure (from TCS relay), Vacuum Failure (current flowing even after CB open) and display locally on a built-in back-lit LCD screen as a Single-Line-Diagram with parameters as advised (i) Manometer in each gas chamber.
19(ii) LED Indications - Breaker ON/OFF/TRIP/Spring-Charged, R-Y-B, Disconnector-ON/OFF/EARTH, DC Available (iii) 16-Window Annunciator with Ackn/Test/Reset push button and Hooter to indicate following alarms :- (a) SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Busbar compartment), (b) SF6 Gas Pressure Low (Breaker Compartment), (c) Local Master Trip, (d) Trip Circuit Failure, (e) Vacuum Failure (current flowing even after CB open) (iv) Control Equipment incl. 01 x TNC Switch, MCBs for AC/DC isolation as required (v) Other accessories incl. 20(C) 02 Nos. Outgoing 33kV, 630A, 25 KA Vacuum Circuit Breaker arrangement having motorized spring-charging (Aux: 230VAC), and continuous duty tripping/closing (Aux: 110VDC) with bottom cable entry each comprising of (i) Current Transformers 33 KV 100-50/1-1 amp, Core1: Class 0.5, 10VA, Core2: Class PS-X - Set of 03nos.
21(ii) Main Protection Relay shall be a Numerical Drawout IED Relay ( Line Differential) communicable on IEC 61850 GOOSE platform over double /Redundant RJ-45/USB/FO port, microprocessor based protection scheme for detecting, indicating and tripping the breaker on various faults like(a) Line differential +over current+ earth fault protection for HT/LT side. The Relay shall have complete bay control features incl. Large LCD display for displaying Feeder SLD (position indication), integrated ON/OFF control function, three phase current measurement, disturbance recorder cycle, event log and fault record with non-volatile memory, self-supervision.The relay shall have sufficient binary inputs and outputs to receive and issue external commands as listed below :-

24Dismantilling of existing 33 KV ,1250 Amp GIS Panel (ABB) from NSB-II sub stn carefully and shifting to shankar vihar substation including erection, testing, commissioning of the panel with existing GIS panel in all respect i.e. cable termination kit supply , installation, commissionig ,testing ,calibration properly with existing 33 KV GIS Panel scheme wiring addition alteration etc for smooth execution and coupling with the help of ABB"s Service team. complete all as directed and specified.Note:- (i)All rates quoted shall be include the modification of all technical/software/relay configuration to existing 33 KV GIS panel calibration with existing system to the UP system and down stream grids for discrimination chat/tripping against faults/ over currents /earth faults/OFC based differential protection etc. (ii) Rate quoted include the cost of necessary modification to the existing floor/ cable trenches/ civil work for installation of 33 KV GIS panel

26Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer ofcore and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. The limit of termperature rise after continous full load runs as specified in IS/IEC 60076 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the ambient temperature of maximum 50 degree celsius prevailing at site all as specified and directed including having following characteristics complete all as specified and Directed.
