Providing Bt Surface By Using Cmp At Ramaswamy Kovil Nirali Street ( 150038S825 ) , Muthaliyar South Street ( 150038S820 ) In Ward No:38 Of Nagercoil Corporation (Package -Xx). 1 Providing BT Surface by using CMP 2 Earth cutting and sectioning and levelling including initial lead of 10m and initial llift of 2m in sand silt or otherloose soil wet sand or silt not under water light black cotton soil sndy loam and ordinary soil including excavated earth etc. complete (TNBP No.20B) 3 Conveyance of excavated surplus earth to low lying areas through tipper lorries upto 2km lead including,labour charges for loading,transporting and unloading in low lying areas shown by the departmental officers. 4 Providing and laying ,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam (WMM ) soecification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage to mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per clasue 406 of MORTH specifications. 5 Providing and laying prime coat over WBM/WMM surface using 7 Kg of Emulsion Bitumen (SS1) per 10sqm for preparatory to another bituminous construction over it, including cost of material, labour charges,rentals for machinery,fuel and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per clause 502 of MORTH 6 Providing and laying tack coat of 2.5 Kgs/10sqm over the prime surface treated with binder using 2.5Kgs of bituminous Emulsion for 10square meter area including cost of bituminous binder, including labour charges for applying the required quantity of binder as tack coat manually etc. complete as per 503 of MORTH Rev V specifications 7 Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50-13.20mm, 0.25 cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.23 cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20Kgs of VG30/VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic Roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20- 30t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher /9m paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 MORTH Rev-5 8 Providing and laying bituminous concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm graded metal,0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36 mm graded metal and 0.26 cum of 2.36mm & below metal by adding the shredded plastic waste over the aggregate heated to 170 degree celcious in the central hot mix plant,mixed well with 45.27Kgs hot bitumen VG 30 Bitumen (160 degree celcious) 60/70 grade for premixing per 10sqm to lay 30mm compacted thick of bituminious concrete including the cost of materials (the cost of municipality/ Corporation Plastic Waste obtained by the contractor from the Municipality/ Corporation will be Recovered) and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen andaggregates to the required temperature and mixing the minimum requiredTemperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site,spreading the mix in required temperature for uniform thickness of 30mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 80-100 KN Vibratory Roller/ Pneumatic roller to therequired density etc. including labour for loading bitumen in to bitumen tank and metal to feeder unit labour for attending to paver site etc. including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks, Paver finisher/9m Paver finisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic rillers and all other tools and plantsrequired, including all other incidental charges etc. complete as per specification using CMP clauses 507 of MORTH REV-5 specifications.
