| 1 | Checking of air leakage and arresting the same. Job includes air leakage from service air line as well as security air line and Checking of all FRLs, draining of condensates from FRLs as per requirement, servicing of FRLs by cleaning the filter element or replacing the filter elements as required as and when directed by officer-in-charge. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL- Document shall be prepared by supervisor certifying Nil air leakage from all equipment. Supervisor shall visit plant regularly and ensure NIL leakage. |
| 2 | Checking of filling guns including repair and calibration, servicing of leaky filling guns, purging guns and evacuation guns. After servicing, guns to be tested properly before fixing in the filling machines, purging guns and evacuation unit. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL- Document shall be prepared by supervisor for checking of filling accuracy and pin travel of all filling guns of carousel and individual filling unit. |
| 3 | Cleaning of carousel rail (3 nos.), checking of carousel wheels, replacement of wheel-bearings as and when directed by officer-in-charge & checking the leveling of carousel rail by water-level. |
| 4 | Servicing of filling machines which includes, checking of load cell platform , checking of all nuts & bolts , replacement of any loose parts including pneumatic cylinders & valves etc as directed by officer-in-charge , zero-setting of the machines after servicing of machines . All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. Servicing of filling machines will be carried out in non operating shifts including Sundays/holidays or as directed by officer-in-charge. |
| 5 | Servicing of pneumatic valves, pneumatic cylinders & other pneumatic components whenever found malfunctioning or leakage is observed and as directed by officer-in-charge .All the consumables and spares shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 6 | Calibration of all scales i.e. Electronic check scales, Correction scales and SQC scales with the Standard weights and as directed by officer-in-charge. |
| 7 | Checking of conveyor - drive units which includes gear box , sprockets , alignment of drive units , transmission chain, Plummer block bearing, coupling bush, conveyor chain and conveyor railing etc. Job includes replacement of worn out coupling bush and realignment of drive units after replacement of bush, checking of gear box oil and replacement or replenishment of oil as directed by officer-in-charge, greasing of Plummer block bearing, adjusting the tension of the conveyor chain by cutting of extra links and of transmission chain by realigning the drive unit or by cutting extra links etc. Job also includes fixing of chain guards , motor guards, replacement of sprocket shafts and coupling guards after carrying out the necessary works or wherever found missing during routine checking . All the consumables and spares shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 8 | Servicing of introduction unit of Carousel (3 nos.)- Job includes servicing of pneumatic valves , tightening of all loose nuts and bolts of introduction arm , introduction table and stand of sensors, alignment of introduction unit w.r.t. carouseletc. , greasing of bearings , replacement of defective bearings, arresting air leakage if any and dressing of air line, checking of hydraulic circuit, hydro pneumatic valve servicing, hydraulic motor servicing . All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 9 | Servicing of ejection unit of Carousel (3 nos.). Job includes servicing of pneumatic valves, tightening of all loose nuts and bolts of ejection arm stand, stand of sensors etc., adjustment of filling machine pawl, greasing of bearings, alignment of ejection unit w.r.t carousel, arresting air leakage if any and dressing of air line. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 10 | Servicing of convergent chain on the conveyor. Job also includes carrying out any breakdown related to convergent unit at any time including non- working hours as under direction of shed officer/Maintenance Incharge. |
| 11 | Servicing of evacuation unit which includes oiling, greasing, replacement of defective spares of compressor, servicing of pneumatic mechanismas per requirement & direction of floor officer. Attending breakdown at any time during running shift. |
| 12 | Servicing of Integrated weight correction unit which includes oiling, greasing, replacement of bearing and shafts, replacement of checker plate, servicing of filling gun and gas stop valve, servicing of pneumatic mechanism as per requirement & direction of floor officer. Attending breakdown at any time during running shift. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 13 | Servicing of hot air sealing unit- Job includes carrying out any breakdown related to hot air sealing unit at any time including non working hours, servicing of sealing guns, checking and maintaining leak proof air connection, replacement of hoses, shafts and clamps whenever required, alignment of sealing guns w.r.t cylinders. (Excluding electrical unit). All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 14 | Servicing of Automatic Valve Testing System (AVTS) unit, Valve Leak Detectors and "O"-ring leak Detectors. Job also includes alignment of testing guns w.r.t cylinders, repairing of testing guns, replacement of defective parts, periodic testing using test cylinders, servicing of pneumatic system and oiling and greasing of bearing or wherever required in non working hours. All the consumables and spares required shall be supplied by IOCL. Supervisor shall test machines using test cylinders periodically and maintain record for the same. |
| 15 | Maintenance of washing unit, drying unit and purging unit. Job includes checking and cleaning of nozzles, changing of coupling of both washing unit and drying unit whenever required. Job also includes servicing of purging unit, replacement of defective parts, testing of machine for proper working, alignment of testing and vapur filling guns w.r.t cylinders. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 16 | Servicing of Valve Changing Machines (3 Nos.) without Evacuation. Job includes Oiling and greasing at any time including non working hours .During servicing by external party labour will have to be provided. Work also includes checking and maintaining proper functioning of all safety tripping and ensuring proper functioning of pneumatic robotic arm. Supervisor shall regularly monitor proper working of machine and must ensure nil leakage from the machine. Supervisor must check torque setting of machine suing torque wrench supplied by IOCL and keep setting between 18-22 kgf/cm2. Record must be maintained for the same. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 17 | Servicing of check scales, correction scale & SQC scale. Job also includes carrying out any breakdown related to check scale units at any time including non working hours. |
| 18 | Checking of Lubricating Oil level in LPG Pump, LPG Vapour Compressors, Air Compressors, Cooling water pumps and topping up of recommended Lube Oil if required and draining and replacement of Lube oil after thorough cleaning of lube Oil casing. Necessary Lubricating Oil shall be supplied by IOCL. The job also includes cleaning/changing of oil filter. |
| 19 | Cleaning of strainers provided in LPG Pumps, Vapour Compressors and Carousel Inlet line, The job includes depressurization of LPG line, opening of flange, taking out the strainer, through cleaning of strainer, fixing it after cleaning. All the sludge will be disposed off at a separate place as directed by officer-in- charge .Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 20 | Checking Tightening & replacement of Foundation nuts for Air/Vapour Compressor / LPG pumps / Service water pumps & checking of belt tension of Air/Vapour compressor, evacuation compressor, vapour extraction unit and all other machines. Job also includes replacement of belts if found necessary and as advised by officer-in-charge. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOC |
| 21 | Maintenance and servicing of all the ROV installed on LPG liquid and Vapour lines, checking and dressing of all pneumatic connection and servicing of three way valves for ROV air line. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |

| 25 | Maintenance and servicing of hydrostatic testing unit for its proper alignment w.r.t cylinder, checking of pneumatic connection, replacement of defective parts, ensuring smooth working of rack and gear mechanism, servicing of chain conveyor system for Nil water leakage from soap solution tray, Water pump, Air compressor, visual inspection and checking/replacement of pressure gauges and water hoses. Work also includes ensuring leak proof and smooth working of valve screw/ unscrew machine, de pressurization, degassingand all other equipments installed for in- house STP of LPG cylinders in STP shedand nearby Degassing shed. Supervisor must ensure proper draining of compressor and Nil air leakage from all equipments. Separate store shall be maintained by worker deployed at STP and inventory to be done periodically. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 26 | Maintenance and servicing of De-shaping machine as directed by officer-in-charge. |
| 27 | Checking, servicing & stoppage of any leakage from TLD Unloading arm. The job includes necessary changing of O ring, gaskets; shear pins etc. as directed by officer-in-charge. Necessary spares and consumables shall be supplied by IOCL. |
| 28 | Repairing of broken part of conveyor, pipeline and stairs. Job includes straightening, hammering and welding of broken parts during plant shutdown. All consumables item shall be provided by IOCL. (Welding M/C shall be provided by contractor.) |
