Fully Automatic star delta starter with control panel suitable for 50HP. in power coated enclosure wall/ floor mounting type, vermin proof, made of 1.6mm thick CRCA sheet. Enclosure will be suitable for outdoor installation having ingress protection & canopy having components of DJB approved makes. The control panel shall have short circuit protection suitable for type 2 co-ordination with a suitable S.C.P.D. with an MCCB of 12Amp.rating (conforming to IS/IEC 60947-2) for short circuit protection with minimum short circuit breaking capacity of 10KA. The panel shall be fitted with contactors & Thermal Overload Rely. Contactor and Thermal Overload Rely used inside the control panel shall comply with IS/IEC60947-4-1 The contactor AC3 current rating (at 415 V AC) for given pump-set should be of suitable rating Amp.AC3 rating of the contactor as required for smooth functioning . The suitable relay(90-150A) current ratings should be provided according to the FLC of the motor the overload relay should of trip class 10A or 10withadequate termination capacity to terminate copper cables with lugs as per the device rating.The motor “ON” and power ‘ON’ & PHASE indication will be through LEDs. ADigital metering unit displaying true RMS values of voltage (V) and Current (A) in real time.The control Panel protection features shall consist of following: a.Protections against single phasingb. Protections against under voltagec. Overload Protection (IDMT Characteristics)d. Protection against phase reversal fault and phase failure faulte. Top/bottom Tank Level Controlf. Dry Run Protectiong. Power ON delay timer (30-300 sec) should be adjustableh. Single phase preventer with auto, manual and bypass mode. The control panel shall be provided with emergency ON/OFF switch, for switching operation in Auto Mode.i. Variable setting of 3 to 30 sec the switching ON and switching OFF of the pump shall also be provided through real time clock.Wire/ cables used inside the control panel will be fire retardant grade and wiring shall be complying with 15694: 1990. The work execute through expert Electrician, heavy beldar, helper, welder, cutter, fitter, supervisor chowkidar and welding machine,cutter set i/c oxygen cylinder,tools & tackles as per site requirement. For complete work in the presence of Engineer-in-Charge with full satisfaction.
