Tender For Removal Of Floating Material And Silt Accumulated From The Wet Sump Of Inlet At Narela Sps Re Invite--- 1 Arrangement of all safety equipment oxygen mask &cylinder, diving suit, safety helmet, safety shoes, safety jacket & ladder etc. as required for protection of staff to work in the approx 10 mtr. deep wet sump well and at height.Making the working area free from all toxic gases and free from accident during working at site as per NHRC guidelines. i/c other miscellaneous T&P like shovel, hoebucket/ basket etc. as per required at site. 2 Isolating the screen chambers by removing/cutting the chambers M.S covering etc. by using the gas cutter, welding set along with all the required accessories and equipment and skilled labour etc. Closing sluice gates as per site requirement, and adjacent gates leakage proof by required works and materials like gunny bags duly with sweet earth and removing them after completion of work, re-fixing of cut out M.S covering by welding set along with all the required accessories materials, fastener, M.S angle iron and flats etc. for removing of floating materials from wet sump wells as per site requirement and proper/suitable working atmosphere and space. 3 Making of temporary platforms to execute the work inside thedeep wet sump well of SPS and including providing of the all required material to labour for manual work. The job also includes dismantling of platform after execution of work. Size of wet sump wells and chambers. 14 mtr. X 7 mtrs = 2 Nos anddepth approx 10 meter. 4 Removing of floating material from the wet sump well of size 14 mtr. X 7 mtrs. = 2 Nos apporox 10 mtr deep, with the help of skilled/unskilled staff (Supervisor, Electrician, Beldar & Chowkidar, agar 18 plus) with use all safery equipment as perNHRC guidelines 5 Hiring charges of Diesel Truck - 5 ton (with POL) i/c operating staff and supply of lubricating oil and diesel also etc. fordisposing of grit, floating material from SPS to suitable location as per direction of engineer in charge. DSR (E&M)2022 item code 1081. 6 Hiring of long boom crane for hanging the trolley in the sump and lifting of floating material in trolley from the wet sump, this includes operator with the one helper and all consumables and fuel cost.
