Seat/Back Shell: It is powder-coated perforated shell made from cold rolled M.S. sheet (DIN1623 Part1 ST-12 Grade) 0.14 0.013 cm thickness. The Side Bar is made of Chrome plated solid steel 3.0 ± 0.03 cm x 1.2 ± 0.3 cm with fluting and plastic inserts. The Shell is assembled on the Cross Beam with help of M-8 Bolts (Per Seat - 8 nos. Seat to Bracket and 4nos. Bracket to Cross Beam). Cross Beam: It is made up of black powder coated rectangular M.S. ERW tube having 8.0 ± 0.03cm X 4.0 ± 0.03cm X 0.2 ± 0.014cm size. Leg and armrest: It is chrome plated made of cold rolled steel with 0.12 ± 0.013cm thickness. Cushion: The seat and back cushion are made up of PU foam upholstered with leather cloth or fabric with plywood. 8	Providing and placing in position of 1- seater the overall size of sofa is 670mm x 835mm x 850mm. The frame of sofa is made of solid wood with color finish cappuccino. 9	Providing and placing in position of Center table. Overall Size: Width: 1000mm, Depth: 650mm, Height: 430mm. TABLE MATERIALS: Glass of 8 mm thk tempered, Solid rubber wood legs and frame, MS sheet as bottom shelf. DECORATION MATERIALS & SPECIFICATIONS: (DENSITY / TYPE): PU coating to the rubber wood parts, clear glass. Certifications: The company should be certified with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 50001, AIOTA, Greenguard(UL) & BIFMA standards. The material shall be supplied strictly as per specification, approved sample and as per direction of the Engineer in charge.
10	Providing and placing Store up APO of Size-900mm(W) (+/-5mm) x 326mm(D) (+/-5mm) x 785mm(H)(+/-5mm). The Construction shall be completely knock down construction made from 18mm(+/-0.5mm) thick pre laminated board as per IS-12823. The doors shall be made from 18mm(+/-0.5mm) thick pre-laminated board as per IS-12823 or 18mmthck Plain particle board as per IS-3087 with 0.6mm thick decorative laminate and 0.6mm thk backing laminate as per IS-2046 on either side. All edges shall be duly sealed with 2mmthck PVC edge banding. Single door with local so there should be option of LH or RH Locking. Locking shall be 10 lever cam lock levers at the bottom of the door. Shelving shall be Height wise adjustable shelf (No.1). Uniformly distributed load capacity of 25Kg UDLmax. Doors and compartments of the product should be fitted to the panels by steel brackets. Brackets are made up of 2.2mm thick CRCA Grade D steel as per IS:513. Thickness of the material used in the product for all other components should be 18mm(+/-0.5mm). The finish shall be Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns. 11	Providing and placing of panel & tile based modular workstations with partition thickness of 52 mm and height of 1200mm including powder coated aluminum trims and supported on Legs for better air circulation and helps in keeping floor clean. All the dimensions will be as per the Original Manufacturer"s Specifications. The product should be certified with BIFMA Level 2, Greenguard(UL), complete as per approved sample and as per the direction of Engineer-In-charge. Panels Construction - There shall be two types of panels: Main panel & side panel each of thickness 52 mm. Each panel shall have four horizontal divisions. Each panel consists of 2Nos of Vertical extrusions and Horizontal extrusions made of 1.2mm thick aluminum duly powder coated to the thickness of 40-50 microns at every division of tile/block. Each panel shall have section at bottom which comprises of L shape channels made of minimum 2mm thick CRCA steel, formed plates of 3mm thick HR steel & ERW steel tube of minimum size 34x15x1.6mm thick welded together. The complete frame at bottom shall be powder coated with 40-50 microns thickness The Bottom Frame is bolted with the Upright verticals. Each Panel is provided with minimum 2Nos of Legs of height as per manufacturer which are fixed at the bottom frame of the panel. Legs are fabricated by MS Tube of section 35mm x 25mm with the MS base plate of 35x22x5mm, below which a Leveler is fitted which allows for adjustment of the height by 50mm. It will be coated with 40–50-micron thickness of epoxy powder coating. Each panel shall have four horizontal divisions of equal height as under: (A) The top division of side panel shall be single fabric magnetic tiles on both sides. The upper division in main panel shall have combination of two tiles consisting of glass writing tiles & fabric tackable tiles. These tiles shall be slide in to the panels from top before fixing the top horizontal. (B) The middle two divisions of main & side panels shall have 2Nos 50 mm thick blocks consisting of minimum 38mm thick Paper Honeycomb or equivalent with minimum 2.75 mm MDF on each side and minimum 0.6mm laminate on both sides. (C) The bottom division in main panel & side panel shall have single metal tiles both sides. The tiles shall be supported from top & bottom side with clips made from PP co polymer fitted in horizontal extrusion. These bottom tiles shall be press fitted on to the assembly frame of the panel with the help of snap on clips made of nylon-66 and support clips made from PP polymer. Note: all provisions shall be made for forming conduits for passing cables as well as Cutting in panels tiles for electricals points including switches and socket shall be done as site requirements and the cost for which is considered in this item only. Tile Finishes: FABRIC MAGNETIC TILES: Fabric magnetic tiles shall be fabric upholstered metal tiles in minimum 0.5 mm thick G.I. Grade O. The fabrics shall be upholstered with adhesives. FABRIC TACKABLE TILES: Fabric tackable tiles shall be upholstered metal tiles in min 0.5mm thick G.I. grade O, with P.E. foam in the tile for tackablity. The fabric shall be upholstered with adhesives. Fabric shall be of min gsm 250-300. GLASS WRITING BOARD TILES: Glass tiles shall be made of min 4.0mm thick toughened plain glass with diamond polish edge finish with white paint on one side to make it a writable glass. METAL TILES: Plain metal tiles are made of min 0.8mm Thick MS CRCA Grade D and powder coated with Epoxy Polyester Finish of thickness 40-50 microns. The colors for laminate, fabric, metal powder coatings and glass shall be as approved by engineer-in-charge. Aluminum Trims: The top trims and end trims for 50.0mm shall be made from aluminum extrusion. All kinds of extrusions for 50.0mm shall have average wall thickness of minimum 1.2 mm & having finish of powder coating. Top trim in 50.0mm thick panel shall be press fitted on the horizontal extrusion, it shall be slide fitted with the help of top trim connector made from PP copolymer 3530 grade. End trim for 50.0mm thick panel shall be slide fitted with the help of end trim connector made from minimum 2.0mm thick M.S. CRCA Grade D. Wire Management - Wires shall be taken into the system through cable ducts from the junction boxes and it is carried up to the panels through concealed conduits inside the blocks.Wires runs through the system from Bottom/Top tile and extended to the various locations by the help suitable Cable Ducts. Separate cable duct shall be provided for power and networking cables. Additional Cable duct made from minimum 0.8mm thick M.S. CRCA Grade D shall be provided where wires are exposed outside workstation panel. It is constructed with two parts; one is body & another is cover. It holds the cables & gives aesthetic appearance by covering all cables entry, which are moving upward to the panels. Necessary cable duct shall be provided on floor & walls to carry the cables & conduits up to bottom of panel. The color of metal cover for cable duct shall be powder coated matching the color of stone/tile/wall finish. Worksurface: Worktop shall be made out of 25mm thick prelaminated particle board. All the open edges of work surface shall be provided with machine pressed 2 mm thick PVC lipping glued with hot melt EVA glue. The work surface shall be provided with circular cut out of Dia.65mm as per the requirement, for passing of wires. These cut outs shall be provided with suitable covers. Worksurfaces are fitted to the panels by worksurface brackets which shall be as per manufacturer"s specifications. The worktop supported on such brackets shall be able to take load of 90 kg. b) Providing and placing Mobile Drawer having 3 Drawers Unit having flat metal front and top with Central locking. The Drawer Unit consists of 2Box and 1File Drawers. The Overall size of the Drawer Units is 390mm(W) X 585mm(D) X 646mm(H). Construction & Material of Drawer Unit: Welded Assembled of 0.8 thick CRCA for Body Shell, Drawer Front & tray, Front Side Stiffener, Rear Side Stiffener & Bottom, 1.2 thick CRCA Top Stiffener & Bottom stiffener. Drawer Fronts & Metal Front Straight Edge. All Drawers with Double extension precision ball slide shall be provided. For Drawer pulling, side wise tapered recess provided in shell behind Drawer Fronts.Locking:10 lever Cam Lock & Central Right-Hand locking with actuator & lock channel mechanism. SEAT/BACK ASSEMBLY: The cushioned seat assembly consists of seat base moulded in glass-filled Poly-amide, moulded Polyurethane foam & upholstered with high stretch knitted polyester fabric. The cushioned back assembly consists of back inner moulded in Polypropylene in-situ moulded with Polyurethane foam & upholstered with high stretch knitted polyester fabric. HIGH RESILIENCE (HR) POLYURETHANE FOAM: The HR polyurethane foam used in seat and back cushion is moulded in Density 45±2 kg/m3, and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as per 15:7888 for 25% compression. TILT MECHANISM, SPINES & SPINE CONNECTOR: The seat and back are firmly connected to the base frame and are cantilevered in such a way that it gives a multi-dimensional movement possibility just with a simple lean on the sides or back, without need for complex manual adjustments. The cantilevered seat offers impact cushioning while sitting and synchronizes with the back movement during posture changes.
