Replacement Of Boiler Air Pre-Heater Tubes = 2125 Nos.Size: 63.5Mm Od X 2.33Mm Thick X 3250Mm Long. Scope Of Work:1. Dismantling Of Old Existing Tubes 2125 Nos. In Air Pre-Heater. 2. Cleaning Of Both The Tube Plates And Polishing Of The Tube Holes.3. Fixing Of The New Tubes 2125 Nos. In Air Pre-Heater Appropriately.4. Leak Test To Be Carried Out After The Replacement Of New Tubes And If Any Tubeleak Is Found It Should Be Rectified At Free Of Cost.5. Old Dismantled Air Pre-Heater Tubes Are To Be Send To The Scrap Yard After Weighment In The Mill Weighbridge.6. Rate Should Be Quoted For Per Tube Replacement I.E. Rs.____ / Tube.

Leak Test to be carried out after the replacement of new tubes and if any tube leak is found it should be rectified at free of cost. 5.
