Tender For Uws Scheme Under Dws Division Dharmanagar During The Year2023-24 / Sh:-Urgent Maintenance Of 1.50Mgd Wtpalumn Store, Clarifocolator And Other Allied Works.--- 1 Cement Concrete Work:- 2 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - 3 -All work upto plinth level: 4 i) 1:3:6 ( 1 Cement: 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 5 ii) 1:4:8 ( 1 Cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded well burnt brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) 6 Brick Work:- 7 First class brick work in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 8 i) In cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand ). 9 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in foundation and plinth including cost of all materials as required complete:- 10 i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ). 11 Half brick masonry work with first class bricks in superstructure upto floor five level including cost of all materials as required complete 12 i) In cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand ). 13 Steel Work:- 14 Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. all complete 15 8.46.2 Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc. 16 Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, & with cleats with bolts & nuts, rivets, locking arrangement, handles, hooks & eyes, pinlets including embedding in cement concrete of required grade for fixing in position, all necessary fittings, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer etc. complete as required: 17 i) Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces. 18 Providing and fixing hand rail using structural steel etc. of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing and staircase railing etc. including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer complete as required: 19 i) G.I.pipes. 20 Steel work welded in built up section/framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using steel etc. complete as required 21 i) In grating, frames, guard bar, railing, brackets, gates and similar works, all complete. 22 Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. 23 9.12.1 Hot finished welded type tubes 24 Flooring Skirting Work:- 25 Providing and laying cement concrete flooring1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 fine sand : 4 graded well burnt brick aggregate) flooring finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, rounding of edges and strips and cost of glass strips etc. complete. 26 i) 40mm thick. 27 ROOFING Work:- 28 Supply & installation of pre-painted Galvalume sheets for roofing/cladding (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) in 550mpa steel grade, made out of Cold Rolled Steel coated with Zinc-Aluminium alloyoating of 43.5% Zn,55% Al and 1.5% Silicononfirming to TMA792/ A792M and AS1397, Alloy coating AZ150/AZ70colour coated with highuality ol yester coating, top coated of modified polyester of0 micron, back side coat of 5 micron, having epoxyrimer coat of 5 micron on both side. Sheet shouldave protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches while transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-incarge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55mm) with EPDM washers filled with white lead complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 29 i. 0.60mm thickness 30 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces) excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 31 i) 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2 32 Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] : 12.24.1 New work ( two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer. 33 Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacturer on wall surface complete. 12.27.1 Water thinnable cement primer . 34 Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved brand and manufacture [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer] :12.30.1 New work ( two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) 35 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade [Payment shall be made after submission of Test Certificate issued by the Manufacturer]: 12.47.1 Two or more coats on new work 36 Plinth Protection:- 37 Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded well burnt brick aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth.
