    Bids Are Invited For The selection of firms for food will be done through the Gem portal. Along with the terms and conditions of Gem Portal, the following terms and conditions will also apply as additional terms and conditions- 1 The services of only those service providers will be obtained by the KIRDhikari on the GEM portal, whose GEM portal But the star rating will be 03 or more. 2. The purchase of food / refreshments of the players participating in the competition should be based on the quality, specifications, and not on the basis of the particular service provider unit. The service provider will commit to comply with the financial rules and regulations related to economy and the government orders issued from time to time by the Labor Department in relation to the provision of services. 3. It is mandatory for the concerned service provider to have Food Supply Registration / FSSA Act-2006 license certificate. 4. Name, father/husbands name, Aadhaar number and address of the mess manager, chief cook, assistant cook and other staff appointed by the service provider to prepare food and refreshments for the players participating in the competition organized by the District Sports Office, Mau. The list of insects will have to be compulsorily made available to the Insect Officer Mau and it will be mandatory to get their health test done. 5. The eligible service provider will have to prepare and distribute food and refreshments in the mess every day as per the fixed time/menu and the menu details will have to be flex printed and displayed at the gate of the dining hall and at other appropriate places.
