(ii) Three Nos AC plants to be made serviceable condition, Two number will running at at time and one number standalternativelythrough auto control switch. (iii)Checking and serviceablity ofall controlling equiptment, Push button , ON -OFF switch , Selector switch on PLC Panels for various mode of operation.. (iv)Checking all the connection of cables end termination for any damge or Loose connection .(v) Checking of compressor, condensing coil, Solenoid valves , auto control switch, Automation system. (vi)Checkingthe pressure of Condensing gas and if required charging the gas.(vii)Checking of allinsulating material and repair/replace.(viii)CheckingFresh air /Return duct,dumper,Grill, repair/maintanence/Replace if needed.(ix) Chekinginstallation of equiptmentand repair if found unserviceable.Note:-(a)Spares for repair including Gas will be measured and paid seperatly in respectively items.(b)Serviceing to be done every month, if additional vist required the same will be born by contractor in his own cost. |
