167Providing and fixing 10mm thick clear or in required colour blue, brown or green etc. poly carbonate multi walled sheet of brand as approved by Engineer- in-Charge. The multi walled poly carbonate sheet shall be fixed on tubular steel structure with 25 micron thick powder coated aluminium strip of size 40x2 mm and weather proof Neoprin EPDM rubber gasket on both side of joints, top and bottom, so as to make the whole structure water tight as per approved design/drawings. The aluminium section shall be fixed on joints and both end of poly carbonate sheet to fix the sheet rigidly on steel frame structure. The weather proof neoprene and aluminium profile shall be fixed and sealed with silicon scalent to make the joints fully water proof. The poly carbonate sheet and profile shall be fixed with self taping and self drilling 50mm long steel screws fixed not less than 150mm center to centre. The rates are be inclusive of cost of all material involved such as poly carbonate sheet,aluminium profile channel, EPDM gasket, self taping screws, nut bolts, silicon sealant or any other material requiredfor fixing the sheet but excluding the cost of steel structure which shall be paid for separately. The cost also include the rate of labour required for cutting, bending and fixing of poly carbonate sheet aluminium profile, hoisting in position etc. complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge. (End to endFinished curved surface area of poly carbonate sheet fixed over steel tubular structure shall be measured for the purpose of the payment).

Signage to have a relevant symbol made of white cut out acrylic and raised by 0.8mm above base plate, Grade 1 Braille consisting of raised domes of 1.5 to 1.6mm dia. and spacing as per Braille standards given by GOI to be integral with the sign face and be raised 0.6 to 0.9mm above base plate. Each signboard to be fixed as per manufacturers specifications at the specified locations at a height of 1200mm from FFL and up to the satisfaction of the engineer in charge. (These rates for all sizes specific to sizes from 22.5cmx15cm upto or below of 60cmx60cm maximum dimensions, in two colour scheme only).
172Providing and fixing vinyl floor marking tape, colour contrasting strip 75mmx5mm thick of approved make complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.
173Credit to work on account of taking away the dismanlted material from site as per direction of Engineer in Charge i.e. Bars, Z-section, Rolled steel sections, Structural Steel section, G.I. barbed wire, Expended metal/IRC fabric, CI/SCI pipes of various diameter, GI pipes of various diameter, CI pipes of various diameter (Broken in pieces), CI Manhole cover & frames( Broken in pieces) CI, DI, LA, etc.
