The work shall be executed as per drawing/direction of Employer\"s Representative which includes writing and painting, arrangement for traffic diversion such as traffic signals during construction at site for day and night, glow lamps, reflective signs, marking, flags, caution tape as directed by the Employer\"s Representative. The barricading provided shall be retained in position at site continuously i/c shifting of barricading from one location to another location as many times as required during the execution of the entire work till its completion. Rate include its maintenance for damages, painting, all incidentals, labour materials, equipments and works required to execute the job. The barricading shall not be removed without prior approval of Employer\"s Representative.(Note : One time payment shall be made for providing barricading from start of work till completion of work i/c shifting. The barricading provided shall remain to be the property of the contractor on completion of the work). |

It shall be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.Gasket shall be gridded mat, with tapered ends, with the outlet section having ring contacting the saddle body multiple rings contacting the pipe, preferably with a stainless steel reinforcing ring insert moulded to prevent expansion under pressure. Stainless Steel Type 304, NC rolled threaded, Tightening torque for1/2\"(M12) nut bolt: 14g.m and for 5/8\"(M16) nut bolt:21-23kg.m. Saddle seal shall be of virgin rubber SBR Grade 30 / NBR (NSF 61 approved). It shall be of type pressure activated hydro-mechanical design. It shall be contoured gasket to provide a positive initial seal, which increases with increase in the line pressure.Gasket shall be gridded mat, with tapered ends, with the outlet section having ring contacting the saddle body multiple rings contacting the pipe, preferably with a stainless steel reinforcing ring insert moulded to prevent expansion under pressure. Stainless Steel Type 304, NC rolled threaded, Tightening torque for1/2\"(M12) nut bolt: 14g.m and for 5/8\"(M16) nut bolt:21-23kg.m. Drilling the DI pipeline shall be through the chain and rachet mechanism and the drill hole shall be perpendicular to the axis of the DI pipeline, including supplying & laying MDPE PE 80 PN16 blue pipe as per ISO 4427 upto the propert limit of both sides of road including supplying & fixing PP compression fittings such as Metal Insert Female Thread Adaptor with SS304 material (2Nos), Double compression elbow with compression on both sides (4Nos) complying to ISO 14236-2000 and GI plug-infor closure of ends/GI pipe with union to joint with existing connection. All Pipes & fittings shall be PN 16 rating including transportion, loading & unloading at site, all labours, tools, eqipments etc. including cutting of road surface, earthwork, refilling, and restoration of cut road surface , AMR Meters complete work including connecting new house service pipeline to existing/new legal house connection after commissioning the distribution pipeline as per the drawing & as directed by Employers Representative. |
