Hardware specifications:  Occlusal bite blocks, temple support and crossing laser lights for easy and comfortable patient positioning controlled preferably by touch screen.  Should have Minimum 80 micron voxel size & up to 220 microns for larger FOV.  Should have Unstitched Multiple FOVs with diameter & height of minimum 5*5 cms to 13*17 cms or more (choice of 8 or more FOVs), All available FOVs should be unstitched.  Should have automatic sensor (AI) based Bite Positioners (with in built Artificial Intelligence) for automatic guide of patient positioning to avoid retakes.  The unit should acquire images with 360-degree rotation for 3D.  Should have X-ray generator with range of 60-100 KV and 3-16 Ma.  Should have focal spot size of 0.5 mm according to IEC and 336 or less.  Exposure time should be 5-20 seconds in 3D & 12-20 Seconds in 2D.  Should have 3D sensor of Digital flat panel detector with A-Si technology (Amorphous Silicon).  Should have multiple programs for PAN examination including OPG, Half OPG (Left & right), bitewings, extraoral bitewings, maxillary Sinus (Lateral & PA), TMJ Scan (Lateral & PA). Backup. o Suitable DICOM printer with 1 online tray > 300 DPI print resolution. o Should provide minimum of 100 films of size 8 x 10, 14 x 17 along with the printer  All the equipment’s supplied including printer should be new and not refurbished manufactured not before tender publishing date.  Warranty/ Guarantee of complete unit for 5 years from the date of supply.  The machine should be future compatible to the latest CAD/CAM system.  Unit should have valid AERB Type approval with validity before tender publishing date.  Should quote for AMC/ CMC for 5 years after warranty period.  Amongst the other certifications provided by the company of international standards including electrical safety standard certificate, ISO Certification, AERB certification and USFDA approval should be mandatory.  The machine country of origin should be clearly mentioned. The Manufacturer/ importer with marketing rights for India should have a registered office in India, with spare parts available ex-stock with competent engineers trained by the parent company with certifications available for prompt services.
