| 2 | Sweeping & Cleaning of Construction office premises, Admin building (Partly), stores toilets, store office, store yard, fire station building, permanent stores (Partly), safety building, time office building, Main Gate complex, CISF container at AP gate, main gate and ash silo cabin, driver rest room are to be wiped daily twice (morning total wet wiping with phenol and in the afternoon dry wiping only in corridors) and the garbage to be disposed off 50m away from the complexmaintaining orderliness of offices (as & when required) or as directed by EIC . Further the toilets are to be washed daily twice/thrice as required with phenol (Phenol will be paid separately) incl. providing broom sticks, cobweb sticks, waste clothes, brushes etc for a period of one month. Up to 5m around the above said buildings are also to be properly cleaned.Rs.500/day penalty shall be laid if cleaning is not proper and as per the discretion of EIC. The total activity executed as above during a month is considered as one operation. (Minimum of 13 unskilled labours and 1.0 supervisor for this item). |
| 3 | Sweeping & Cleaning of the office approach road in front of NTECL office, car parking shed @ NTECL office area, office tables, window glasses and office surrounding drains daily for a period of one month including dispose the ICH garbage 50m away from the complex as directed by EIC, with required materials like providing broom sticks ,coconut brooms, wire brushes etc cleaning the office road, parking shed daily, office surrounding drains, cleaning window/doors, glass cleaning, officers table/files cleaning, maintaining orderliness of office (as & when required).Rs.500/day penalty shall be laid if cleaning is not proper and as per the discretion of EIC. The total activity executed as above during a month is considered as one operation. (Minimum of 5 unskilled labours and 1.0 supervisor for this item) |
| 4 | Sweeping & cleaning the road of minimum 100m length daily with available width for all over the NTECL site as shown by EIC. End drains of 50m length also to be cleaned daily as shown by EIC & disposal of debris and foreign material within a lead of 50 m as per instruction of EIC including providing broom sticks, pawdahs, gamelas etc. Approximate plant road of 3300m length(coveringroad from main gate @ Kuruvimedu to switch yard boundary wall gate @ 2400N + surrounding road of main plant + road from aux boiler to canteen bldg shall be cleaned in piecemeal basis. The road cleaning is to be done with all safety provision such as Cones and chain link enclosed in all the cones for the area to be cleaned. If drain is filled with material like ash, steel, debris etc the same shall be done by NTECL JCB / poclain separately, for which no payment shall be made to the housekeeping agency. Rs.500/day penalty shall be laid if cleaning is not proper and as per the discretion of EIC. The total activity executed as above during a month is considered as one operation. Accordingly, the activity executed as above during a day is considered for payment. (Minimum of 5 unskilled labours and 1 supervisor) |
