The Audio-Visual System Is Located In Csir-Hrdc, Ghaziabad. The Selected Vendor Will Be Required To Maintain The System In The Mentioned Site. 3. Vendor Will Visit The Site Periodically For Preventive Maintenance Of The System. 4. The Vendor Will Be Responsible For The Trouble-Free Integrated Working Of The Audio-Visual System. 5. This Contract Will Cover All Repairs Or Replacements On Paid Basis. All Parts Or Components Replaced Will Be Institute Property. 6. Response Time: Within 8 Hrs Any Delay Beyond That Shall Be Penalized At Rs 500 / - Per Day. 7. Resolution Time: After Response Time, The Resolution Time Is 24 Working Hrs. 8. Consumable Such As The Remote Battery, Etc. Are Not Covered Under This Contract. 9. In Order To Maintain The Rooms Up And Operational, The Equipment Will Be Maintained In The Good Working Condition At The Current Specification And Functionality. 10. This Amc Does Not Cover Damage Or Breakage Arising Out Of Falls, Accidents, Transportation, And Failure Due To Misuse, Power Surges Or Causes Other Than Ordinary Use. 11. Any Defect In The Electrical Installation, Independent Of The System Wiring, Poor Or No Earthling, Power Fluctuation Etc. Shall Be Attended And Rectified By Institute And Is Not Covered Contract. 12. During The Period Of The Contract The Institute Will Not Allow Any Unauthorized Person To Handle The System In Order To Rectify Any Defect. All Up-Gradations Related To The Audio-Visual Equipment Or Any Other Items Supplied By Vendor Will Be Done On Charge Basis By Vendor Only. 13. Vendors Can Be Called For Deployment Of Technician / Engineer For Vvip Programmers / Convocation Etc. Limited To 4 Such Events Per Year Free Of Cost. Total Quantity :
