(d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with control panel has to be mounted on chassis between the tank and driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the Super sucker. The control panel shall be flame proof. (e) The Super sucker should have Registration andFitness certificates valid not less than the contractperiod. PUC certificate and other statutory document related to Super sucker shall be available/ renewed by the contractor as and when required. (f) The Super sucker shall be parked inside thepremises of IOCL, and shall be at the disposal of IOCL, for the entire period of the contract. However, risk of loss or damage of the Super sucker shall remain with Contractor only. (g) Time to time maintenance of Super sucker andaccessories including replacement of any parts or accessories, whenever required to be carried out insideIOCL premises shall be carried out by the Contractorby deployment of technicians and helpers etc. atcontractor’s own cost. (c) All the controls like the pressure and vacuum reliefvalve, gauges, switches, level indicator etc. required forthe safe operation of the complete system shall beavailable in the MOSRU. (d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with controlpanel has to be mounted on chassis between the tankand driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the MOSRU. The control panel shall beflame proof. (e)The MOSRU should have Registration and Fitnesscertificates valid not less than the contract period. 857 | Routine maintenance of existing hay filters of differen sizes, placed all over the refinery at various drain / open channel sections by regular basis visual chekcing of each of the hay filters to identify any damage / defect / loss of loose hay etc. in the filters and rectifying the same immediately by inserting loose dry hay of requisite quantity, wooving/stiching the hays in the filters if required, repairing of loosened bamboo frame of the hay filters by GI wire, nail, nylon roap, hook etc.; removal of old oil soaked loose hays from hay fileter and replenishing the same with new dry hays; properly fixing and aligning of any displaced / dislodged hay filters into the drain / open channel sections; removal of various foating debris, dry leaf, plastic etc. from the upstream location of hay filters and disposal of all cleaned out hays and other floating debris/waste materials at the refinery debris disposal yard on the same day etc. including all necessary manpower, tools & tackles, accessories, consumables, PPEs, transportation arrangments required for the work etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.Unit "EA" stands for engaging at least 03 (three) no. of unskilled manpower on daily basis for 08 (eight) working hours per day (excluding any break) including jobs carried out during extended hours including Sundays and holidays. |
