72Cleaning and desilting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

132Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. d) fourth and final layer of brick tiling with cement mortar (which will be paid for separately. For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.

The contractorhas to clean the line from Nahani trap upto inspectionchamber or vice-versa complete.
135Supply of tractor with trailer on hire charges for 08 hours per day including rendering the services of 4 labourers, driver, fuel and other consumables, tools, tackles etc. for transportation of rubbish/ waste materials completeas per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.(8 hoursworking period of one tractor is considered as onetractor day). Unit "EACH" (EA) stands for One tractor day.
136Thorough cleaning of White oil tanks (ATF, MS, SKO, Naphtha, HSD, LDO etc. having similar type of sludge)from inside and floating-cum-fixed roof including takingout and disposing sludge, muck-sludge, liquid oil etc.,cleaning the bottom and top plates, shell, roof etc.including cleaning of syphons, manholes etc. all as directed by and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in- Charge:
137Removing the sludge, muck etc. from inside tankmanually or through mechanical means and stackingthe same outside in the pits made inside the dyke areafor tank cleaning etc. and disposal of same in melting pits and / or sludge pits or in disposal ground anywhere within owner"s premises and all lifts complete including all loading, unloading, transportation and removing oil spillage during transporting by spreading sand, scraping the area all as directed with all labour, tools, tackles, transport etc. as per direction of theEngineer-in-Charge.
138Labour charges for cleaning of bottom, shell and roofincluding scrapping, washing etc. of bottom plate, side walls and roof supports etc. using safety tools and observing safety rules, mopping the surfaces withkerosene, which shall be supplied free of cost byOwner at a suitable location, removal of muck, debris etc. outside and transporting and disposting the same as directed with all lifts and leadsetc. with all tools, equipment complete.
139Through cleaning of Black oil tanks (FO, LSHS, Bitumen etc.) from inside including taking out and disposingsludge, muck- sludge, liquid oil etc.,cleaning the bottom and top plates, shell, roof etc. including cleaning of syphons, manholes etc. all as directed by and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge:
140Removing the sludge, muck etc. from inside tank manually or through mechanical means and stacking the same outside in the pits made inside the dyke area for tank cleaning etc. and disposal of same in melting pits and / or sludge pits or in disposal ground anywhere within owner"s premises for all lift complete including all loading, unloading, transportation and removing oil spillage duringtransporting by spreading sand, scraping the area all asdirected with all labour, tools, tackles, transport etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
141Labour charges for cleaning of bottom, shell and roofincluding scrapping, washing etc. of bottom plate, sidewalls and roof supports etc. using safety tools and observing safety rules, mopping the surfaces with kerosene, which shall be supplied free of cost by Owner at a suitable location, removal of muck, debris etc. outside and transporting and disposting the same as directed for all lifts andleads etc. with all tools, equipment complete.
142Labour charges for cleaning tank roof, including scraping, cleaning and removal of sludge or anyunwanted materials etc. and transporting the same to melting pit or to any other pits as directed all complete.
143Labour charges for collecting, removal and disposal of oily sludge/ muck etc. in liquid, semiliquid or in solid form or mixed together, from any pit like outpit of tanksincluding pits made for tank cleaning, guard basins, oilseparators etc. and / or sludge / muck collected from inside tanks including all loading, unloadingtransportation and disposal in melting pits and / orsludge pits or in disposal ground anywhere within owner"s premises for all lifts, removing oil spillageduring transporting by spreading sand, scraping the area etc. complete with all labour, tools and tackles,transport etc. as per direction of the Engineer-in- Charge.
144Removing the chemical sludge from sludge lagoons, neutralisation pits or similar pits, ponds or sludgereservoirs containing chemical sludge including excavating, dredging, collecting, transporting andunloading the sludge in trenches or any other area as shown within owner"s premises by taking all safety precautions, removing oil spillage during transportationby spreading sand, scraping the area as directed including making temporary approach inside lagoons / ponds, taking all safety precautions as stated in job clearance permit and making the operational and lagoon / pond area approachable and clean as directed with all equipments such as JCB Excavators, dumpers, operators, cleaners etc. complete inclusive of removing earth dumped for approaching the lagoon / pond, all labourers toolsand tackles etc.

(c) All the controls like the pressure and vacuum reliefvalve, primary and secondary shut-off valves, suction and discharge valves, gauges, switches, level indicatoretc. required for the safe operation of the complete system shall be available in the Super sucker. (d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with control panel has to be mounted on chassis between the tank and driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the Super sucker. The control panel shall be flame proof. (e) The Super sucker should have Registration andFitness certificates valid not less than the contractperiod. PUC certificate and other statutory document related to Super sucker shall be available/ renewed by the contractor as and when required. (f) The Super sucker shall be parked inside thepremises of IOCL, and shall be at the disposal of IOCL, for the entire period of the contract. However, risk of loss or damage of the Super sucker shall remain with Contractor only. (b) The exhaust compressor shall be rated foroperation at 780 cum/hr at 1.5 bar gauge pressure and1100 rpm. In the vacuum mode, 80% vacuum should be achieved to facilitate the transfer of sludge materials from depths of 9 Mtrs. (c) All the controls like the pressure and vacuum reliefvalve, gauges, switches, level indicator etc. required forthe safe operation of the complete system shall beavailable in the MOSRU. (d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with controlpanel has to be mounted on chassis between the tankand driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the MOSRU. Maintenance of the total scaffolding and stiffening works shall be done by the contractor till all the hot jobs are completed and for that regular and routine checking of clamps, hooks, tightening etc. shall be done by the Contractor as directed by Engineer-in-charge Measurement and payment of the item executed will be made on "Sq. M" area basis and this "Sq. M" area will be obtained by multiplying one longer edge of plan of the scaffolding work and its clear height above the ground surface. The Contractor shall demolish carefully all the scaffolding & stiffening materials after completion of all hot jobs and take back all the materials by him/them.

The Super sucker shall have the following specifications:- (a) The tank capacity shall be 15 KL capacity or morewith anti- surge baffle plates welded internally mounted on a bed frame. (b) The vacuum pump capacity shall be at least 3000m3/hr of free air at 2500 rpm. (c) All the controls like the pressure and vacuum reliefvalve, primary and secondary shut-off valves, suction and discharge valves, gauges, switches, level indicatoretc. required for the safe operation of the complete system shall be available in the Super sucker. (d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with control panel has to be mounted on chassis between the tank and driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the Super sucker. The control panel shall be flame proof. (e) The Super sucker should have Registration andFitness certificates valid not less than the contractperiod. PUC certificate and other statutory document related to Super sucker shall be available/ renewed by the contractor as and when required. (f) The Super sucker shall be parked inside thepremises of IOCL, and shall be at the disposal of IOCL, for the entire period of the contract. However, risk of loss or damage of the Super sucker shall remain with Contractor only. (g) Time to time maintenance of Super sucker andaccessories including replacement of any parts or accessories, whenever required to be carried out insideIOCL premises shall be carried out by the Contractorby deployment of technicians and helpers etc. atcontractor’s own cost. Maintenance of the Supersucker at service centres/outside IOCL premises shall be carried out by the contractor at his own cost. (h) The Super sucker shall be deployed for one shift of 8 hours per day on working days. Non deployment of Super Sucker on any working day shall not be considered for payment. (b) The exhaust compressor shall be rated foroperation at 780 cum/hr at 1.5 bar gauge pressure and1100 rpm. In the vacuum mode, 80% vacuum should be achieved to facilitate the transfer of sludge materials from depths of 9 Mtrs. (c) All the controls like the pressure and vacuum reliefvalve, gauges, switches, level indicator etc. required forthe safe operation of the complete system shall beavailable in the MOSRU. (d) One Diesel Generator of required rating with controlpanel has to be mounted on chassis between the tankand driver"s cabin or inbuilt DG of required rating shallbe available in the MOSRU. The control panel shall beflame proof. (e)The MOSRU should have Registration and Fitnesscertificates valid not less than the contract period. PUC certificate and other statutory document related toMOSRU shall be available/ renewed by the contractor as and when required. Cast-in-situ or any other suitable technique may be used to apply the concrete. For columns concrete must be placed from the side of the structure through chimney and small chutes fitted above the top of the opening to be filled. Using the appropriate Curing compound , surfaces shall be sprayed immediately upon removal of formwork, extending at least 10cm onto the adjacent concrete around the periphery of the repair. The distance between two faces of double scaffolding shall be 4 Metre. and all the vertical pipes shall be inserted by 1 Metre. below the existing ground surface. The scaffolding pipes shall be connected firmly with each other through iron clamps, hooks etc. and the whole scaffolding work shall be stiffened by providing gunny-ropes, pegs etc. complete as per drawings, specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge to ensure the stability of the whole structure. Maintenance of the total scaffolding and stiffening works shall be done by the contractor till all the hot jobs are completed and for that regular and routine checking of clamps, hooks, tightening etc. shall be done by the Contractor as directed by Engineer-in-charge Measurement and payment of the item executed will be made on "Sq. M" area basis and this "Sq. M" area will be obtained by multiplying one longer edge of plan of the scaffolding work and its clear height above the ground surface. The Contractor shall demolish carefully all the scaffolding & stiffening materials after completion of all hot jobs and take back all the materials by him/them.
813CGI Sheets Supplying the CGI sheets of not less than 22 gauges and approved make & quality (CGI sheets shall be supplied by the Contractor at his own cost) and transporting the same to worksite at Haldia Refinery and erecting and fixing the same in walls., vertical scaffoldings, roofs etc. by means of CGI "J" or "L" hooks, 8 mm diameter CGI Plain and bitumen washers etc. The fixing of CGI sheets with vertical and horizontal scaffoldings shall be well tight and 10 cm over lapping between any adjacent CGI sheets. The Contractor shall arrange for regular and routine checking of fittings, fixing fixtures of CGI sheets with the scaffoldings and shall also repair all the damages till the hot jobs for the proposed tanks are completed. The Contractor shall dismantle al the CGI Sheets carefully and take back the same by him/them after all the hot jobs are completed. Measurement & payment of this item shall be made against the net area of the work done. Note : After completion of hot job entire materials like CGI sheets scaffolding pipes, clamps etc. shall be taken out by the contractor.

856Supplying and fixing of new hay filters made up of well dried hay, thickly wooven/fixed into a 25 mm Dia. half cut bamboo frame structure (half cut bamboo to be provided on either faces of the frame @ 200 mm c/c both ways) by using GI wire & nails and fixing the same across different shape of open channel / surface drain sections by means of GI wire, nails, nylon roap, hook etc. including all necessary labour, tools & tackles, consumables, PPEs, transportation of hay filters to the site etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
857Routine maintenance of existing hay filters of differen sizes, placed all over the refinery at various drain / open channel sections by regular basis visual chekcing of each of the hay filters to identify any damage / defect / loss of loose hay etc. in the filters and rectifying the same immediately by inserting loose dry hay of requisite quantity, wooving/stiching the hays in the filters if required, repairing of loosened bamboo frame of the hay filters by GI wire, nail, nylon roap, hook etc.; removal of old oil soaked loose hays from hay fileter and replenishing the same with new dry hays; properly fixing and aligning of any displaced / dislodged hay filters into the drain / open channel sections; removal of various foating debris, dry leaf, plastic etc. from the upstream location of hay filters and disposal of all cleaned out hays and other floating debris/waste materials at the refinery debris disposal yard on the same day etc. including all necessary manpower, tools & tackles, accessories, consumables, PPEs, transportation arrangments required for the work etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.Unit "EA" stands for engaging at least 03 (three) no. of unskilled manpower on daily basis for 08 (eight) working hours per day (excluding any break) including jobs carried out during extended hours including Sundays and holidays.
858Supply of 120 L capacity Plastic Manual-Lift Garbage Waste Dustbin with Wheel of "Aristo" or any other approved equivalent make and placing the same at required location as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
859Extra @ round the clock job, Full GST
86025% Extra payment to be given to the agency for executing jobs on round the clock basis as per actual requirement and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. This is applicable for the items of PR Line Item - 00010 executed on round the clock basis during shutdown period only. This item will not be applicable for "only material supply" items.The contractor has to arrange for separate/additional labour groups for executing jobs on round the clock basis during shutdown.
