Tender For Repair Of Body Section Ancl Painting Of Dept Vehicle No Wb Z 0 H Iozs [Ambassador] Front right side door lower portion (inside & outside) rusted, corroded section cutting out and repaired with new MS sheet by proper welding method to its original shape, Front both side mudguard corner with tron angle cutting out and new supply with proper welding Front both side madguard core rusted, corroded and damaged portion cutting out and making of new mudguard core with new M.S. sheet by proper welding to its original shape Left side panel, panel box, panel strip cutting out and new supply with proper welding and neshaped Left side floor damaged portion cutting out and repaired with new M.S. sheet by proper welding Rear right side full mudguard border damaged portion cutting out and repaired with new M.S sheet and welding properly. Rear both side mudguard 4 nos tail end damaged portion cutting out and repaired with new M.S sheet and welding properly. Rear right side mudguard core rusted, curroded and damaged portion cutting out and malding of new mudguard core with new MS. sheet by proper welding to its original shape Front mark & portion repaired with new M.S. sheet and welding properly. Four door lock channel overhauling by changing of unserviceable door lock glass channel-1set, door rubber 1set etc to the cost of materials and labour charge for opening and refitting Surface making of the vehicle to be done by application of 2 coats N.C. primer. Thereafter 1coat NC putty and 2 coats surfacer to be applied to all the dented, damaged, scratched and repaired portion and rubbing with good quality emery paper Touch up painting to be done 2 coats by suitable automotive paint of any reputed make as that of original colour of the vehicle. The above painting work to be done on all dented, damaged, scratched and repaired portion/parts/sections of the vehicle. Then entire vehicle to be cleaned and finally polished Used engine oil is to be drained out completely from the engine oil chamber. Then old Diesel filter-1 net, engine oil filter-1 no, air filter-1 no to be replaced by new one. After draining out the used engine oil, now engine oil required quantity (Sites) is to be poured into the chamber as per norms Engine oll will be supplied by the office. New spare uned- Diesel Filter-1 set, engine oil filter-1 no, air filter-1 no) Tapped cover opening damaged tapped cover packing. Inu replacing by new one and refitting
