Providing And Fitting Spares To Be Carried Out On Drr No. 2002363 Of Field Sub Division Kupwara.- 1 Proving And Fitting Of G M Back Wheel Bush ( Inner And Outer ) ( 308-1-7A;308-1-7B ) .The Job Includes The Turning, Finishing Of Bush On Lathe To Make The Item As Per Sample. The Job Further Includes Demounting Of Hind Roll Using Hydraulic Jack And Other Suitable Tools And Then Removing Old Bushes From Hind Roll Using Proper Tools And Refitting Of New Bushes Into The Hind Roll. The Hind Roll Shall Be Remounted Using Above Mentioned Tools. All The Tools / Tackles / Carriage / Labour Etc Required For The Job Shall Be Provided By Firm. The Old Material Retrieved Shall Be Returned To The Sub-Division By The Contracting Agency. 2 Providing And Fitting Of Drive Pinion ( 306-7-11 ) .The Job Includes Demounting Of Hind Roll Using Hydraulic Jack And Other Suitable Tools Followed By Dismantling Of Drive Pinion Using Suitable Tools And Refitting Of New Drive Pinion. The Hind Roll Shall Be Remounted Using Above Mentioned Tools. All The Tools / Tackles / Carriage / Labour Etc Required For The Job Shall Be Provided By Firm. The Old Material Retrieved Shall Be Returned To The Sub-Division By The Contracting Agency. 3 Providing And Fitting Of Clutch Fork ( 306-8-2 ) .The Job Includes Demounting Of Old Clutch Fork Using Suitable Tools And Tackles And Refitting Of The New One. All The Tools / Tackles / Carriage / Labour Etc Required For The Job Shall Be Provided By Firm. The Old Material Retrieved Shall Be Returned To The Sub-Division By The Contracting Agency. 4 Providing And Fitting Of Oil Seal ( 306-4-25 ) .The Job Includes Demounting Of Oil Seal Using Suitable Tools And Tackles And Refitting Of The New One. All The Tools / Tackles / Carriage / Labour Etc Required For The Job Shall Be Provided By Firm. 5 Providing And Fitting Of Oil Seal ( 306-4-26 ) .The Job Includes Demounting Of Oil Seal Using Suitable Tools And Tackles And Refitting Of The New One. All The Tools / Tackles / Carriage / Labour Etc Required For The Job Shall Be Provided By Firm.
