1Dismantling of Cement Concrete Pavements as per Technical Specific ation Clause 202.Dismantling of cement concrete pavements by mechanical means using pneumatic tools breaking to pieces not exceed ing 0.02 cum (zero point zero two cubic metre) in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials upto a lead of 1000 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
2Removal of existing asphaltic wearing coat comprising of 50 mm (Fifty milimetre) thick asphaltic concrete laid over 12 mm (Twelve milimetre) thick mastic asphalt including disposal with all lift and lead upto 1000m.including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
3Removal of existing cement concrete wearing coat including its disposal complete as per Technical specification without causing any detrimental effect to any part of the bridge structure and removal of dismantled material with all lifts and lead upto 1000m(Thickness 75 mm(Seventy five milimetre)) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
4Removal of defective concrete,cleaning the surface thoroughly,applying the shotcrete mixture mechanically with compressed air under pressure,comprising of cement,sand,coarse aggregates,water and quick setting compound in the proportion as per clause 2807.1., sand and coarse aggregates conforming to IS: 383 and table 1 of IS: 9012 respectively,water cement ratio ranging from 0.35 to 0.50,density of gunite not less than 2000 kg/cum,strength not less than 25 Mpa and workmanship conforming to clause 2807.6 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
5Rock cutting structures as per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removalof stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and back filling with approved material. Hard Roack blasting prohibited and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting of to therequired lines, levels as shown on the drawing and directed by the Engineer -in-charge at site, according to the HP.PWD. specification of 1990 (one thousand nine hundred ninety) volume-I (one) and sorting out useful and unuseful material and transportation of the unuseful material for disposing atdumping site (To be arranged by the contractor) including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required).All useful material such as stones, shingles aggregate and slates shall be properly stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation the usefull stones as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public and private propriety during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.
6Providing anti-corrosive treatment to HYSD reinforcement with Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBEC) (As per market asumed @ 200/Kg.) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
7Furnishing and Placing Reinforced/Prestressed cement concrete in super-structure as per drawing and Technical Specificationincluding carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. i)For T-beam & slab including launching of precastgirders by launching truss upto 40 m span,21-31% ofcost ofconcrete. a)Height above 10m
8Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
9Applying epoxy mortar over leached,honey combed and spalled concrete surface and exposed steel reinforcement complete as per Technical specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
10Replacement of Expansion Joints complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Labour Rate)
11Strip Seal Expansion Joint (Providing and laying of a strip seal expansion joint catering to maximum horizontal movement upto 70 mm(Seventy milimetre),complete as per approved drawings and standard specifications to be installed by the manufacturer/supplier or their authorised representative ensuring compliance to the manufacturer"s instructions for installation.)including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
12Repair of RCC Railing (Carrying out repair of RCC M30 railing to bring it to the original shape.) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
13Providing and laying Cement concrete wearing coat, M-30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
14Mastic Asphalt (Providing and laying 12 mm(twelve milimetre) thick mastic asphalt wearing course on top of deck slab excluding prime coat with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29,prepared by using mastic cooker and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface,including providing antiskid surface with bitumen precoated fine grained hard stone chipping of 9.5 mm (ninepoint five milimetre)nominal size at the rate of 0.005cum(zero point zero zero five cubic metre) per 10 sqm (ten square metre) and at an approximate spacing of 10 cm(ten centimetre) center to center in both directions,pressed into surface when the temperature of surfaces not less than 100 deg. C,protruding 1 mm to 4 mm over mastic surface,all complete as per clause 515.) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
15Sealing of crack/ porous concrete with Epoxy Grout by injection through nipples complete as per clause 2803.1 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
16Patching of damaged concrete surface with polymer concrete and curing compounds, initiator and promoter, available in present formulations, to be applied as per instructions of manufacturer and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge.
17Replacement of bearings complete as per Technical specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
18Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level cast steel rocker bearing conforming to IRC:83(Pt.-1) section IX and caluse 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
19Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC:83(Pt.-1) section IX and caluse 2003 of MoRTH specifications complete including all accessories as per drawing and Technical Specification including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
