Engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with relay panel and switch gears.The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet, return andinlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Rajouri (J&K)(capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration), with all provisions to operate through AMF panel & including PCC foundation of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for easy of movement and 0.5 M height, anti vibration pads, including all features to complete with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of following :- (i) ENGINE (Prime Mover) : Diesel Engine 1500 RPM, direct injection type , confirming to ISO 3046 / BS 5514, Water cooled, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP to drive alternator capable of delivering 320 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Rajouri (J&K), ( Taking all derating factor into consideration), Dry cell battery ( Make: Exide / Amaron / HBL ) to be provided as per manufacturer recommendations with suitable bettery charger, electric battery start, complete with flywheel all standard fittings / fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil, temperature, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic speed governor (ECPG) and engine protection system (shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc) fuel tank, emergency stop button and first fill of lub oil and other consumables including Diesel for commisioning test etc. |
| 2 | (ii) ACCOUSTIC ENCLOSURE :-Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75% load under field condition. (iii) Foundation / Plinth / Base :Shall be providedas per manufactures recommendations, however minimum 0.5 M space should be available all around the set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M above ground level. (iv) Diesel storage tank of adequatecapacityfor storage of diesel for 12 hrs operation of Gen Set. (v) MISC : Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer"s standard practices. (vi) ALTERNATOR :Brushless AC alternator, 3 phase, 415 volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 320 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 65 protection class enclosure, insulation class “H” sailent pole, revolving field single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. |

(d) Attempt to start the engine upto three times on failure of early attempts with suitable time intervals. (e) Fuel sensor system to display fuel level in the DG tank. (f) AMF relay should be easily programmable and should have facility for Rs. 232 and Rs. 485 communication interfaces. (g) Indicating lamps to indicate the status of DG set. (h) Inbuit battery of suitable size and its charging and monitoring system. (j) Automatic shutdown during DG fault. (k) Hooter / alarm annunciation system to start and emergency stop. (l) Two Nos of 4 pole MCCBs 400 Amp for incomers and all required power contractors and its control system. (m) All internal connections of control circuit with suitable size multistranded copper conductor cable. (n) Suitable meters and arrangements to display the parameters such as 3 Phase voltage, 3 Phase current, frequency, KWH of mains and DG set supplies, PF, DG running status and DG speed. (o) Foundation for AMF Panel shall be provided as per OEM recommendation and cost of the same shall be deemed to be including in the unit rate. Note: Cost of copper cable of suitable size including all connected accessories requried for connection of AMF Panel to DG Set shall be included in the quoted rate under this item. |
