The wheel chair should be of Non-foldable type with the height of the seat from floor level being 20\", The frame of the wheelchairshould be made of 18 gauge steel pipe, The seat should be of size 18\"x 18\" made of 20 gauge CRCA sheets. Both the frame and seat portionsshould be powder coated in grey colour. The wheelchair is to be fitted with two solid wheels of diameter 24\"containing 16 bars each of thickness6mm connecting the rim with the hub. The plate on the front portion of the wheel chair where the person sitting on it places his legs should befitted with two solid caster wheels of size 4 inch diameter each.
