4M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
5M&L forpre polished coloured chequered cement concrete tiles made with grey cement and pig-ments of size 20 cm x 20 cm x 25 mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over in pavement / footpath complete all as specified and directed.
6M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 20 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs, slab staging for water tanks, filling of pressed steel door frame, fixing of hold fasts and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formworks complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.
7Demolition of cement concrete(unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.
8Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. complete all as specified and directed.
9M & L for cement concrete in surface channels and drains in M15(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
10M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
11Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
12M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.
13M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
14M & L for rendering15mm thick cement plaster in cm 1:4 on fair faces brick or concrete surfacesusing water proofing compound of wall (WPC added only 5 mm thick plaster) including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.(WPC Shall be paid and meassured separately)
15Dismantling of wrought or mild steel work of any description such as in ladder work, bracing/supporting agle iron, roof top MS sheets, railings etc omplete all as spcified and directed
16Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC.) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground
17Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out in soft/ loose soil, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.
18Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. or for cable laying or water supply pipes lines etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
19M & L for cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete in M7.5(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.
20S&F angle iron as in posts and struts in fencing incl cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc and flat iron fillets for securing chain link fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed.
21S&F framed work such as grills, gratings,etc with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted, or forged into spikes framed guard bars barred iron doors , laddersand similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or FE310-0 complete all as specified and directed.
22Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified & as directed.
23Supply only chain link fencing link MS galvanised fencing of mesh size 80mmx80mm,wire gauge 8 to 12 mm, wire dia 4.06 mm complete all as specified and as directed
24Fixing only chain link fencing, including line wires, any mesh and size to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed
25S&F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)
26M & L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips and including welding has to be done with minimum 20 cm over lap for new and old of any height. Complete all as specified and as directed.
27M&L flat iron (40x6mm) straps for securing corner posts and chain link fencing complete all as specified and as directed.
28S & F mild steel screw bolts (machine made), diameter of neck 5 to 10 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.
29Preparation of newly or previously untreated steel surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
30M & L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
31Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.
32M&L coloured, digital glazed ceramic water proofing tiles for swimming pool or similar likes as in floor/vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm or any recommended size and thickness set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
33Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.
34M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed.
35Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
36M&L for preparation of new plastered or undecorated surfaces of wall using wall care putty to fill the voids and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.
37Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose/ hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

47Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve 150 mm bore with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS : 14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete including removing of old unserviceable onecomplete all as specified and as directed

49S&F in repair of Booster pumps for 440 V, 3 Phase, 50 Hz Confirming to IS- 12469 :1988 With CI Casing bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for 440 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz 30mhead, any discharge all as specified andas directed by Engr in charge for supply of distribution line beween pump house to diffrent sector incld neccessary replacement of burn out of items.
50Dismentling the old one &Material and labour for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm (internal dimensions) with one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) on 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation, 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) internally and externally up to 15 cm below ground level including, provision of valve pit cover made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 x 5 mm thick flat iron all round, on ISA 40 x 40 x 6 mm frame, fixed with hold fast 150 mm long, embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (Block size 230 x 200 x 100 mm) with necessary hinges, handles, locking arrangement, including applying two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces and two coats of bituminious paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces and ncessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed
51Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including DI pipe of 100 mm dia suitable working pressure complete all as specified and as directed
52S& F for cutting of CI/DI pipe150/ 100 mm dia carefullyfor new connectionof distribution in positioninserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc;complete all as specified and as directed.Note: necessary fitting for insertion of hole in DI pipe is incld in the above item no extra cost will be paid complete all as specified and as directed
