ATA Job- Chipping Acid proof bricks / Carbon Bricks/ Refractory bricks/ Refractory castable etc. of any thickness & stacking useful materials for reuse including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m, cleaning the surface etc complete as per departmental instructions.

ATA Job- Dismantling Acid proof/ Refractory bricks /Castable/Carbon Brick work etc. of any thickness & stacking useful materials for reuse including disposal of debris within a distance of 150 m, cleaning the surface etc.complete as per directions.

ATA Job- Conveying Acid proof/ Refractory bricks/Carbon Bricks,suitable powder and solution etc.from store and lining torequired thickness in furnace,/tanks/ converter/sump pits/melting pits/drains etc. at all levels in various plants as per standard specifications as per departmental instructions.(Bricks and lining materials for the work will be supplied by the company free of cost at General Store)

ATA Job - Pointing the existing Acid proof/Refractory lining /carbon brick lining with suitable materials after cleaning the surface thoroughly by brushing to remove rust, dust, dirt,silica deposit & any other foreign materialsas per departmental instructions at site (The mortar materials will be supplied by the company free of cost at our stores).

ATA Job - Opening the manholes ofFurnace,K1 boiler,W4, W6, W3etc or as requested by Plant Manager in SA plant by chipping and closing the manhloes as per site requirement after thecompletion of the workwith all labour charges etc complete including disposal of waste materials to railway sidingas per departmentalinstructions(The Acid Proof/refractory brick and mortar materials required for the workwill be issued from our stores/at sitefree of cost)

Collecting spoil earth, debris etc.from site, conveying to places with an average lead of 1 KM by mechanical transport, dumping and forming embankment for filling, spreading in layers as per directions (20%deduction will be made if measured loose in lorries & from stack).
