3Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube 1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S. staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done
4Rebound Hammer Test (quantities and locations may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge) including submission of Report. (18 readings/girder/span + 6 readings/pier)
5Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test (quantities and locations may as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge) including submission ofReport. (1 test/pier + 1 test/slab +1 test/pier cap + 1 test/girder)
6Half-Cell Potentiometer Test (quantities and locations may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge) including submission of Report.(5-8 points near expansion joints + 3-4 near edges/footpath)
7Core Sampling and Testing of concrete including Extraction, Cutting, Capping, Testing Of Core and refilling the space by suitable material including report submission (quantities may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge)3 Cores per span of deck slab + 3 Cores per Pier ( 3x4+3x3 =21) [take 26 no]
8Carbonation Depth Test of core samples including submission of Report (quantities may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge) (on already tested cores)
9Observation & Measurement of Crack Width and Depth (quantities and locations may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge)
10Profometer Test for detection of dia and number of rebars including determination of concrete cover (locations and quantities may vary as per the directions of Engineer-Incharge) (locations of core extraction)
11Analysis of scour depth by means of collection of soil sample from 3 locations nearby the pier and carrying out grain size analysis for determination of silt factor
12Testing of span of bridge for deflection due to live load with platform for loading arrangements, apparatus for measurement etc. complete as per drawing and specifications (As per I.R.C.S.P.51) {complete job} Assume Bridge to be tested for Load upto 330 tonne (2 spans to be tested subjected to final decision of Engineer-Incharge)
13Construction of a permanent type barricade made of steel components, 1.5 m high from road level, fitted with 3 horizontal rails 200 mm wide and 4 m long on 50 x 50 x 5 mm angle iron vertical support, painted with yellow and white strips, 150 mm in width at an angle of 450, complete as per IRC:SP:55-2001
14Road inventory and condition survey using Network survey vehicle (NSV) including mobilization & de-mobilization of survey team and Network survey vehicle with submission of all necesary data including its uploading on the website complete job.
15Conducting FWD (Falling Weight Deflect Meter) test on various National Highways.
16Tests conforming as per relevent IRC for road furnitures/markings (Retro - Reflectometer test)

18Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.
19Excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means including cutting and transporting the earth to site of embankment/dumping area with lead upto1000 metres, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections.
20Disposal of Muck outside Municipal Limits including alllifts and carriages upto 20kms average lead complete as directed.
21Dismantling kerb stone channel by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and up to a lead of 1000 metre as directed. .
22Supply and Filling of median with good earth including compaction watering and levelling complete and all carriages upto site of work involved
23Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M15 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCC M20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation Including all carriages of material involved.
24Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with grader in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density. Including all carriages of material involved.
25Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading 2 Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per centby weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.Including all carriages of material involved.
26Providing and laying bituminous concrete withhigher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.2per centof mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Including all carriages of material involved.
27Add GST @ 18%on total amountsum of items
