1Excavation in Soil using Hydraulic Excavator and Tippers with disposal upto 1000 metres. Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting suitable earth to the embankment location and disposing off unsuitable earth with all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per relevent clauses of section-300 of specification.
2Embankment Construction with Material Obtained from Borrow Pits Construction of embankment with approved material having CBR>7 obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-1, 300-2 and as per relevent clauses of section-300
3Granular Sub-base with Well Graded Material (CBR>30 or more) (Table:- 400-1 & Table 400-2) Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material like natural sand crushed gravel or crushed stone having CBR >30, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator or plant mix method at OMC, and compacting with vibratory rollers of 80 to 100 kN static weight to achieve the desired density, complete as per Clause 401 of Specification.
4Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications.
5Prime coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per clause 502 of specifications.
6Providing and applying tack coat with low viscosity bitumen of VG 10 grade using bitumen pressure sprayer on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications. @0.30 kg per sqm (dry & hungry bituminous surfaces /granular surfaces treated with primer)
7Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying dense bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5% by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 505 of specification complete in all respects. Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity for GradingII(19 mm nominal size) Bitumen Content minimum 4.5% with bitumen 60/70 (VG 30)
8Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a Electronic Sensor paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification Using Batch Mix Plant of appropriate capacity for Grading-II (30-40 mm thickness ) Bitumen Content minimum 5.4%with 60/70 bitumen(VG-30)
9Providing laying and rolling of 20 mm thick open-graded premix carpet (thickness not less than 20 mm at any place) conposed of 13.2 mn graded aggregate size @ 0. 18 cum per 10 sqm & 11.2 mm graded size 0.09 cum per 10 sqm using with bituminous binder @ 13.43 kg per 10 Sqm (i.e 92% of standard bitumen) and 8 % waste processed plastic by weight shall be used for coating aggregate after its heating as per IRC:SP:98- 2013, laying to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in s suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 8 to 10 ton static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades as per technical specification clause 508 to be seal coat of either type A, type B or type C as per technical specification Note- The above shall be included in the DPR and executed with prior written permission from the E-IN-C MPPWD. 10Providing and laying Synthetic Athletic Track of FULL PUR FULL EPDM (VOC free) with a minimum thickness of 15mm (having a World Athletics approved product certified for minimum 15mm thickness) including markings on the surface all complete as per requirements/specifications laid down by World Athletics (IAAF) and Class-II certification from a firm. Normal Stress Areas. The thickness of finished track surface should not be less than 15 mm
11High Stress Areas with a minimum thickness of 20 mm of finished track surface.
12High Stress Areas with a minimum thickness of 25mm of finished track surface
13Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth. 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom disposal of excavated earth, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m, disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed. (No extra lift is payable if work is done by mechanical means) All kinds of soil
14Supplying and filling in plinth under floors including watering ramming consolidating in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth and dressing complete. With hard muram having CBR >12 % at under floors including watering, ramming and compacting (minimum compaction 95% of MDD) in layers not exceeding 20cm in thickness and dressing complete. (Note:- maximum thickness of this layer to be provided shall be 30cm)
15Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work upto plinth level : M-10 Nominal (Mix -1 Cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate)
16Providing and laying in position machine batched, machine mixed cement concrete (BMC) of M-25 grade for reinforced cement concrete work using cement content as per approved mix design including use of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate/retard setting, improve workability of concrete without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in charge and pumping of concrete to site of laying and finishing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, and reinforcement. (Note: - Minimum cement content is 330 kg/cum) and no extra payment for extra cement used as per mix design. All works upto plinth level.
17Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding including cost of binding wire all wastages and overlaps, couplers (overlaps shall be provided as per requirement of IS 13920 for ductile detaling IS 456 RCC Design & SP 34 Reinforcement detailing ) etc. complete . (Note:- 1. Spacer bars (chairs) shall be paid separately as shown in the drawing and as per direction of engineer in charge. 2. No extra payment shall be done for overlaps and/or couplers. 3. 21Providing and fixing factory made precast RCC perforated drain covers, having concrete of strength not less than M-25, of size 1000 x 450x50 mm, reinforced with 8 mm dia four no longitudinal and 9 nos cross sectional T.M.T. Hoop bars, including providing50 mmdia perforations @ 100 to 125 mm c/c, including providing edge binding with M.S. flats of size 50 mmx1.6 mm complete, all as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge
22Supplying and stacking of good earth specific useful for plantation at site including royalty if any and carriage (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment)
23Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).
24Spreading of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth in required thickness as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Cost of sludge, dump manure and / or good earth to be paid separately).
25Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
