A cast iron embllsishment is fitted at the joint of two section enhance the look of decorative pole. A cast aluminium kalash shaped embellishment is also fitted on the pole as shown in atteched drawing.The bracket will be fitted on the top of the pole as showing in drawing.with help of grub screws,the decorative bracket arm is made out of mild steel tube.The mild steel pole,cast iron emblsishment are joined togather and are fabricated to get the desired design as par drawing,the decorative bracket will have the arrangement to fix required. luminaries. The bracket will have the arrangment suitable to be fitted on the required pole. THe attechment to fix solar panel and suitable box the place battery is made at the top of pole as per attached drawings. The dimensions of the pole and bracket will be as par drawing.The decorative pole single arm bracket and solar panel attachment shall be duly pre treted buy short blasting process and painted in two coat of opoxy primar top coat of UV rey resistant poly urethene coating approved coller shed. The DFT of coating on pole &Bracket shall not be less then 90 microns.The Coating on the LED street light shall be baked in oven at required temperature and parameters all complete accessories.
