1Excavation in foundation and trenchesup to all depths and in all classification of earth work such as Pick work, Jumper work, chiselling or wedging out of soft and hard rock as blasting is prohibited, saturated soil including bailing or pumping out of water, including cutting of bitumenous/concrete surface wherever required,in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring, strutting , planking, timbering and dewatering where ever required. Stacking usable and unusable material /soil seperataly and after laying, jointing and testing of pipes (for pipes, Pipe duct, chambers, x-sings etc.), returning the usable soil in 15cm layers by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/ unusable material as directed within all leads/ lifts and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signal boards, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects within all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
2Laying, jointing and testing in trenches ofGMS flanged pipes ( Medium grade)conforming to IS/ISO 1239-2004 part-1conferming to ISI specifications i/c commissioning and cost of all fittings in respect of following diameters in Rising Main ( The earth work in trenches shall be measured and paid for separately) i/c entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in- cahrge. Table-580 mm dia ( M Grade)
3Providing circumferential butt welded joints to GMSpipeof following dia with three layers on each end of welding using 3 mmand4 mm diaelectrodesafterlevellingthepipeendsaccording toreleventISIspecificationwithin all leads and lifts and to entire satisfaction ofthe Engineer-in-Charge complete in all respect Butt welding joints 80 mm dia ( M Grade)
4Providing, welding and fixing of MS flanges conforming to table as specified below of BIS code 6392-1971( Latest with upto date ammendments) welding of M.S. flanges on ( Two layers on inner face and one layer on outer face of each flange) with GMS pipes and bends on both ends. ( The GMSpipe to be measuredandpaid forseparately. ) The welding of flanges should conforming toIS 816-1998withelectrodesasper IS814-1997, Prov.& fixedwith nuts, bolts of required size conforming toIS 1364, includingproviding & fixing 3 mm (Minimum) thick compressedasbestosfibre / syntheticrubber gasket conformingrelevantBISCode IS2712-1965 in trenches completeinallrespect andincluding entire carriage ofmaterials inallleadsand lifts as per the direct1on ofthe Engineer-in-Charge MS Flanges80 mm dia

6Providing and fixing of gun matel fire Hydrantsas per relevent Code IS :909-1992 latest with upto date ammendments.
7C/O chambers for Hydrants Constructing chamber for sluice valve, with CI surface box 100 mm top dia.,160 mm bottom dia. & 180 mm deep(inside) with chained lid RCC top 1:2:4 mix (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 100mm thick foundation concrete 1:3:6 mix (1cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) & inside plastering with cement mortor 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement i/c curing complete. 600 x 600 x 750 mm inside size With 150 mm thick walls of RCC 1:1.5 :3 (1 cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) complete with form work & reinforcement with 6 mm bars at not exceeding 150 mm centres both ways .
8Providing and laying cement concrete M10 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage ofmaterials withinall leadsand lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
9Providing and laying cement concrete workDESIGN MIX M 30 not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand :3 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
10In foundation footings bases of columns and the like and mass concrete.withinall leadsand liftscomplete in all respect to the entire satisfaction and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
11Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metre thickness) including attached pilasters buttersses,plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation uptoupto all heightscomplete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.
12Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete workinall leadsand lifts complete in all respect to the entire satisfactionas per the directions of Engineer in -Charge :-
13Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.
14Providing form work of ordinary timber plankings so as to give a rough finish including centring, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceililng not exceeding 4 metres and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:Arches exceeding 6 metres span complete in all respect to the entire satisfactionand asper the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.Arche upto 6 mtrs span
15Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surface with cement mortor 1:3 (1cement :3 Sand) complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.
16Providing and laying cement concrete workDESIGN MIX M 25 not less than 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand :3 crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in :-
17(i) Suspended floor,roofs,landing & shelves & their support balconies,beams,girders,bressumers & cantilever upto floor level.
18Arches upto Floor to level complete in respects with all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-cherge of the site of work.
19Providing mild/tor steel reinforcement of RCC work i/c bending ,binding and placing in position in complete up to floor two level in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
20Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses & framed worki/c cutting,hoisting & fixingin position & applying a priming coat of red paint :-In grating, framed ,guards,bars,ladders, railing, brackets & similar works.in all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge.
