Complete maintenance of the garden features in the garden area i.e. trees, shrubs, herbs, hedges, flower beds, foliages, creeper, path, jogging track etc. including hoeing, weeding , pruning replacement of plants, gap filling, watering, mowing of lawn, grass cutting by lawn mower and brush cutter, removal of garden waste, applying insecticide, pesticides & fertilizers (whenever required) top dressing of lawn with good earth and manure and maintenance of other garden related works (Cost of Earth, Manure, Fertilizer, Insecticide, Pesticide will be provided by the department & lawn mower and brush cutter with fuel and other T & P material / articles shall be provided by the contractor). Also including security services, cleaning, sweeping of park or as per direction of Officer-in-chargeTOTAL AREA: 40,000 Sqm x 12 months = 480000 Sqm
