Custom Tender Through Gem Portal Will Be Valid For The Year 2023-24 ( From August 2023 To July 2024 ) . 2. There Will Be Two Parts Of Gem Portal Tender Tender Notice, First Technical Bid Or Essential Conditions, ( Second ) Financial Bid Or Details Of Rates. Financial Bids Of Only Those Bidders Who Fulfill The Conditions Of Custom Technical Tender Will Be Opened Through Gem Portal. 3 – The Rates Of Custom Tender To Be Given Through The Gem Portal, While Proposing The Rates Of Supply Of Material Mentioned In Column 3 Of Each Line Of Each Menu, The Sum Of Supply Of Each Menu Including All Taxes In Words And Figures. Be Given And No Cutting / Overwriting / Erasing Should Be Used In It. In Case Of Any Difference In The Above, The Rates Mentioned In Words Will Be Considered Correct. 4- Rates Will Be Given In The Financial Bid Of Custom Tender Through Gem Portal According To Each Menu Number - 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 And 06. For Successful Tender Disposal, The Comparative Chart Will Be Prepared By The Tenderer Only On The Basis Of Total Sum Rates Of Each Menu Of The Financial Bid. The Decision Taken By The Committee Regarding The Successful Tender Will Be Final And Binding. 5- The Financial Capacity And Creditworthiness Of The Tenderer Should Be Good And He Should Never Be Declared Bankrupt.
