25	IMPORTANT NOTE :- 1) GST is implemented. The tax will be regulated accordingly and the credit will be transferred to BSNL as per new rules.2.For claiming GST payment the vendor should raise GST invoice as per point No. 8 (GST invoice) of Vendor Contract Clauses of this NIT.
