Removal of wild growth, grass etc.

Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.

M/L of applying evenly a priming/tack coat (Rapid setting cationic bitumen emulsion conforming to IS: 8887) with bituminous primer at 3 kg per 10sqm.

M/L of bituminous premixed carpet, 25mm consolidated thickness with 0.34 cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder (VG 30 conforming to IS: 73) per 10 sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient.

M/L of premixed sand seal coat with 0.06 cum of sand mixed with 6.8 kg of paving bitumen (VG 30 conforming to IS: 73) per 10 sqm, applied and rolled to a uniform smooth surface.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc. 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal)

M/L thermoplastic paint (Thickness 1 to 1.5mm) on road marking including stripes with any colour and laying by hot blown machine. Colour shall be approved by EIC.

Supply and Fixing of double sided reflector cateyes having 02 Nos. of studs (Approx. 02 inch length each) on each cateye for proper grouting with suitable epoxy or/and bitumen. Make-3M or equivalent as approved by EIC.
