Tender For Operation & All-Inclusive Comprehensive Maintenance Of Audio Visual System At Bharat Sanchar Bhawan, H.C. Mathur Lane, Janpath, New Delhi. 1 Operation and all inclusive comprehensive maintenance of complete Audio Visual System as per details in inventory given in relevant sections by deploying the required staff to keep all the services operational ready to use up to the required standards including attending faults/defects providing consumables items such as batteries/cell for audio-visual equipments/remotes etc. as per specification complete as required. Staff Required Skilled Operator: 2 Nos. [General /Shift duty as per instruction of SDE(E)/EE(E) throughout month i.e. all seven days]. NOTE: 1. This is tentative list, however it is the responsibility of the agency to operate audio visual system during the meetings/conferences/Presentation etc. as & when required even during odd/night hours/ holidays as per requirements of BSNL & if any additional staff is required the same is to be provided at no extra cost. 2. Firm has to depute his service engineer during HOCC Meeting/Minister/Secretary Telecom Conference so that in case of any fault, it may be promptly attended to have uninterrupted service of audio visual system 24 Month 2 Providing dark grey colour uniform to staff with the name of agency written on uniform and Name plate/badge of operator etc. complete as required. 2.1 Summer Season Uniform 4 Sets 2.2 Winter Season Uniform 4 Sets 3 Remarks: 1. Staff will be deployed by the agency at site for operation of audio visual system to check, operate & maintain all equipments/components and to co-ordination with electrical & AC maintenance staff. For this, one mobile no. with WhatsApp facility will be provided by the agency. 2. All Staff should wear uniform including shoes on duty. Only 2 sets of uniform will be provided during the entire period of contract. For any extra staff contractor has to bear the cost. Penalty for not wearing uniform shall be imposed as per T&C of contract. 3. Adequate inventory of material will be kept at site by the agency for prompt attending the complaint. 4. Complaint received have to be attended promptly for uninterrupted service during high level meeting/conferences/ video conferencing. Emergency complaints, if any, will have to be attended immediately at any time including odd hours. 5. Penalty of will be imposed as per penalty clause for not timely resolving the complaint. If at any stage, it is observed that the performance of agency is not adequate, work will be rescinded, and the agency will be debarred from doing any work for one year in Delhi region. The work will then be carried out at his risk and cost without serving any notice. 6. The Agency should quote amount keeping in view all Statutory requirements including minimum wages/ESI/EPF etc. ESI/EPF will be reimbursed as per actual. 7. Replacement, Servicing & Scrap/ dismantle items will be credited to the firm. The rate may be quoted accordingly. 4 Note: 1. The Agency has to submit police verification record & ID proof of each staff. 2. The firm shall provide each staff with working cell phone. 3. The staff may be deputed for duty as per instruction of concerned SDE (E)/JTO (E). 4. Penalty shall be imposed in case of absence of any staff as per T & C of contract. 5. The GST / other Input Tax Credit (ITC) taxes shall be quoted by the firm as applicable as per latest amendments of GST Rules. 6. The contractor shall provide correct tariff heads & other details to enable BSNL claim Input Tax Credit. 7. Bidder must mandatorily quote for all GST components (CGST, SGST, and IGST) as required. 8. If annual maintenance contract charges are required to be quoted as per SOW, basic charges should be shown in column 4 & the Goods and Service Tax (GST) in column 7 to 12. 9. The bidder who submits the offer with concessional Goods and Service Tax (GST) shall submit the proof of applicable concessional GST. In case the Concessional GST is not creditable to BSNL it should be included in the price of the goods/services. 10. In case, dealer is registered under compounding scheme or any rule/notification where the BSNL is not eligible for input tax credit then the bidder should not disclose any amount in column 7 to12 & 14. 11. % age Rate of FF & Packing should be shown of basic unit price excluding all taxes & charges (i.e. as %age of col.4). 12. The FF & packing amount quoted shall not be subject to change after bid evaluation /ordering on account of change of copper, lead base price, change in duties & taxes of item etc. 13. Bidder must mandatorily mention HSN & SAC numbers. 14. Evaluation of bids: - The evaluation and comparison of responsive bids shall be done on the basis of Net cost to BSNL on the prices of the goods & Services (i.e. complete work) offered along with all applicable Taxes, packing Forwarding Freight & Insurance charges etc. exclusive of GST. Declaration by Bidder 1. We hereby declare that in quoting the above prices, we have taken into account the entire credit on inputs available under the GST Act introduced w.e.f. 1 July 2017 and further extended on more items till date. 2. We hereby certify that HSN/SAC shown in column 17 are correct & credit of GST for the amount shown in column 14 above are admissible as per GST Laws.
