(c)Inspection and treatment of leakage of refrigerant in the system. (d) Checking of operation of blower motor, condesnor motor and swing motor for noise free operations. (e) Oiling of condensor / blower motors and checking the earth continuity. (f) Inspection of all electrical parts / connections and rectification of any small defect. (g) Checking of functional of electronic remote control unit /PCB to ensure satisfactory functioning of indoor/outdoor unit complete. (h) Inspection and treatment of leakage water from indoor unit.(j) Replacing minor spares (ie groomet rubber/rubber lining/washers/nuts & bolt) as required Note:- During servicing of unit, if any major spares / parts are required to be replaced,the same shall be measured and paid separately under respective items mentioned here- in - after as S&F including removing old un serviceable spare parts. |
