| 2 | CIVIL WORKS :All Civil works to (inclusive of its cleaning up to bottom of drain) of industrial waste water conveyance system consisting of followings:(a) Tannery waste water collecting drains connected to 4 pumping stations Approximate length 13.31 km. Cleaning & repairing of conveyance drain, casting of RCC cover with M-30 concrete, only anti sulfide cement should be used, it is also insure to outlet of tannery industry should be connected with existing conveyance channel.(b) Cleaning of screen and Grit channels at all 4 pumping stations – 2 nos in every pumping station. To take care of proper operation and maintenance of following works.(c) Intermediate pumping Stations – 4 nos. Cleaning of screen and grit chambers in all respect including disposal of screened materials (d) Sump wells at pumping station – 4 nos including as above cleaning of sump etc (civil works only).(e) Rising main from pumping station Approx. length 10.70 km.(f) Operation of all valves and gates which are not installed in pumping station premises.(g) All admin building and other civil structure in the primises to maintain in proper as per specification given in tender document. |
| 3 | All civil work (inclusive of its cleaning) of 36 mld UASB treatment plant consisting of followings :(a) Collecting chamber of tannery waste water stream, manual screens – 2 nos and grit channels – 2 nos. Maintaining proper flow as per design capacity.(b) Equalization tanks – 2 nos Cleaning of tank properly and maintaining proper level as required.(c) Intermediate pumping station with sump and rising main – 1 no including all works as mentioned above.(d) Collection chamber, manual screens – 2 nos and grit channels – 2 nos for domestic waste water stream.(e) Mixing tank – 1 no(f) Main pumping station with sump and rising main – 1 no(g) UASB reactors – 2 nos with 56 feeding pipes of 100 mm dia meter gas collectors and effluent pipes complete.(h) Sludge collecting chamber with sludge withdrawal pipe.(i) Effluent collecting well – 1 no(j) Operation of all valves and gates installed in pipe line of UASB |
