For Uniform Vapour Distribution, Vapor Inlet Shall Be Provided With Jacket Of 1000Mm Height Throughout The Circumference Of Juice Heater Calandria. And Shall Have Slots For Inlet & Outlet As Per Need Of System With Width Of 50Mm. Vapour Jacket Thick Shall Be 12Mm. Arrange To Provide Dummy At Vapour Inlet For Taking Hydraulic And Also Arrangement For Drain Of Juice Heater, Release Of Air Gases. Tighting Bolts Shall Be T Type Or Eye Type With Individual Pin And Pitch Shall Less Than 120Mm. The Partition Plate & Header Shall Be Not Less Than 12Mm Thick M.S. Plate And Flexible Cord Fixing Arrangement To Be Made Of 30Mm Square With Dove Tail. Both Cover Shall Be Easly Operate. The Juice Heater Shall Have Mercury Filled 150Mm Dial Type Thermometer In Inlet & Outlet Branch Of Juice And For The Steam Chest.
