13	Decarbonising of LT Panel board / Feeder pillar boxes by CTC( Carbon Tetra Chloride), removing the carbon deposited inside the panel, cleaning the panel with cotton waste,applying one coat of becktol red solution, checking the faults inside the panel board and charging the LT Panel post completion of decarbonisation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (a) Proper shut down shall be taken prior the commencement of work . (b) Contractor shall provide 2 bottles of (250ml) - CTC . Cotton waste of not less than -1kg and Dr Bectol solution (250ml) - 1 no for performing the decarbonisation. (c) Fabrication of LT Panels for broken hinges shall be rectified. (d)LT Panel shall be painted withtwo coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. (e)Marking on LT panels shall be done as per sources of power supply (1100 volts) and outgoing area by 10cm glow sign/paint all as directions of Engr-in-Charge.

Note:- (a) The trees branches etc will be left as it is & will not be carried away by the contractor/DEL as the wood belongs to CEO/DEO & they will be responsiblr to lift the wood. (b) Pruning of all tree branches in one tree shall be measured as one Job. (c ) Contractor will employ sufficient labour to complete the Job with in time as directed. (d) Contractor will be responsible for any type mis-happening/accident while pruning the trees. (e) Contractor supervisor will take proper shut down from MES installation before starting the work & clear it before resuming power supply. However, full assistance will be provided by MES staff. (f) The contractor will provide proper tools & safety to his staff for purning of trees.

(iii) Outgoing MCCBs shall be fed with solid busbar connectors. (iv) Cables shall be terminated using gun metal /SS glands. (v) Cable glands for incoming LT cable 240 sqmm -03 Nos and out going cables 95sqmm -02 Nos and 50 Sqmm-2 Nos is including rate quated by vendor.
63	S&F of Steel tubular swaged poles erected to truly vertical or planted as strut complete with 6 mm thick mild steel base plate, welded to Pole, B-118 finial taper cap, bolts, nuts and screws, poles made out of ERW MS tubing conforming to IS-2713 Part-II type 410-SP-31 (9m long) including drilling of holes of required size for fixing of cross arms, painting the exposed surfaces of pole with two coats of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and with two coats of black bituminous paint on the and portion embedded in concrete, making five black and white bands at lower portion of pole above ground level/coping each300 mm wide alternately and marking pole number. with black paint at suitable height all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The earthwork, PCC foundation, steel clamps, MS Cross arms & bracing of angle iron etc will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Sch ‘A’.
64	M&L for replacement of earthing with Copperearth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 3 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level) with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 M below ground level connected to Copperstrip 20X3 mm thick for earthing lead fixed by means of nuts,bolt,washers etc connected to earth test point complete all as specified in electrical plate No 3 of SSR-2009 part 1, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, comman salt, charcoal dust, 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe for protection to earth lead, GI water pipe20mm dia with funnel &wire mesh, PCC pit with CI cover and frame etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: - (i) All the joints shall be made with welding to get proper conductivity. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

68	S & F stay assembly for LT steel tubular poles comprising of 7/10 SWG galvanized MS stranded stay wire of required length, minimum tensile strength 70 Kg/mm (grade-2 quality) fixed to pole with and including FI clamps bolts, nuts, washers, galvanized steel stay rod 16mm dia 180 cm long bow 400x14mm nuts/bolts, washers all galvanized and two nos thimble, loop insulator of size 65x90mm vitreous, clearance dia of hole 16mm, stayplate of size 230x230x6mm including necessary excavation and earth work PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundation and disposal of surplus spoil, upto 50 M all as specified and shown in plate No 1 of MES SSR Pt -I, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Painting the pole and all MS work mounted onpole with two coats of syntheticenameled paint (Aluminium shade) as directed by Engg.-in-charge. (c) Forming five nos coloured bands at lower portion of pole each 300 mm wide alternatively with white and black colour (or any colour as approved by Engg.-in-charge)synthetic enameled paint and marking pole no. with black and white paint complete all as specifie and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
