Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1)using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.225kg per sqm on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503. including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with 100-120TPH hot mix plant producing an average output of 75TPH using crushed aggregates ofspecified grading premixed with bituminous binder, VG-30 transported to sitelaid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per clause 501.6 and 501.7to achieve the desired compactionincluding carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPM batch type HMP producing an average out put of 75 tonne per hours useing crushed aggregates of specified greading preading premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mixand filler transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrolic paver finisher with sanser control to the required grade. level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to acheive the dressed compaction as per MORTH specification clause no. clause 509 complete in all respect (VG-30). including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specifiedshade/colourusinghotthermoplasticmaterialbyfully/semiautomatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P,cleaningtheroadsurfaceofalldirt,seals,oil, greaseandforeign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications. including carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
