5(ii) Sufficient quantity of excavated serviceable soil shall be stacked at site for filling in sides of foundation / raft /trenches/plinth etc., to operate item No. EW--5.
6(iii)The quoted rates for all excavation shall include the cost towards any dewatering (if required).
7(iv) The quoted rates for all excavation shall include the cost towards the side slope protection, shoring, strutting, etc.
8Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood, trees and saplings of girth up to 30 cm measured at a height of 1 m above ground level, removal and disposal of rubbish/ unserviceable material to the designated dumping area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, complete as per specification.
9Note:
10i) The quoted rate shall include loading, unloading and transportation of rubbish/ unserviceable material for disposal.
11Clearing grass and removal of the rubbish up to a distance of 500 m outside the periphery of the area cleared.
12Felling trees of the girth (measured at a height of 1 m above ground level), including cutting of trunks and branches, removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material to the designated dumping area as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

The workshall be executed strictly as per manufacturers" specifications, drawings etc. complete all as per directions of Engineer in Charge at all Heights/ Levels.

63Plastering to External Walls
64Providing 18 mm thick external sponge finish cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 M sand) as per architectural shapes marked in the drawings, at heights as mentioned below, in two coats of 12 mm & 6 mm. Second coat of 6 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 M sand) with approved water proofing compound shall be finished with sand faced plastering on faces of walls, pillars, projection, bands, cornices, fins, sills, etc., including raking out joints, if any left out, necessary dabbing, curing, scaffolding, providing GI plaster mesh at junctions of columns, beams, etc. complete with all bye works as per drawings & specification and the direction of Engineer in-charge.
65Note: The payment for water proofing compound will be considered under item CC-2. and GI plaster mesh will be considered under relevant item.

68Providing 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 M sand) to ceiling of slabs, chajjas including drip course, bands, beams, columns, loft slabs, staircases, and any other location wherever required with all bye works dabbing, curing, scaffolding, including providing GI plaster mesh at junction of columns, beams etc., complete at all heights and levels as per specification and drawings.

70Providing and fixing suitable GI plaster mesh manufactured out of hot dipped galvanized iron of nominal thickness 0.35mm with a zinc coating of 120 gms per sqm width, along route of walls chipped for services, junctions of masonry / concrete works for 200mm width, including tying in position with suitable nails / screws, cost of material, labour for fixing, etc. ,complete as per manufacturer"s specifications and direction of the Engineer In-charge.

Supply, fabrication ofsteel door panel using MShollow section for panel frame including 3.15 mm thick MS sheet welded with panel frame on both sideincluding handle, aldropetc with all necessaryfittingincludingtwo coats of red oxide zinc primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour including fixingin door frame by welding (Payment of door frame shall be as perrelevant architectural items),all works shall be completedas per specification, drawings and directed by Engineer-in-charge
88Providing and fixing pressed steel single/double rebate door frames conforming to IS:4351 manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness including hinges jamb, lock jamb, bead and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm, or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or rigidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split end tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with mortar guards, lock strike-plate and shock absorbers as specified and applyinga coat of approved steel primer after pre-treatment of the surface as directed by Engineer-in-charge, including provistion & filling with PCCM – 10C (Profile B ).
89MS : MISCELLANEOUS
90Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
91Supplying & laying hard core with hard granite stone boulders including laying, packing, filling interstices with good quality spalls, dry and wet consolidation with mechanical means, binding with good quality moorum / sand with all bye works complete for hard core upto 230 mm thick below foundation, raft,etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
92Note: The consolidated thickness will be paid.
93Supplying and injecting with approved quality chemical emulsion at the rates and concentrations as per IS 6313-2001 Part II for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the masonry pits, masonry foundations, wall trenches, plinth filling, junctions of wall and floor, expansion joints, surfaces of RCC works for a depth of min. 500mm from the finished ground level, surrounding of pipes, conduits etc., walls retaining soil above floor level, apron and drain along the perimeter of the building including all byeworks complete as per specification / IS 6313:2001 and direction of Engineer Incharge (only ground floor plinth area of the building will be measured for the payment in the following three stages. i) 20% after completion of the foundations ii) 50% after completion of the ground floor flooring iii) 30% after completion ofall treatment works including ground floor doors & windows. Work to be executed by M/s Pest Control (India) or any other approved agency and specified guarantee for 10 (ten) years shall be furnished by the tenderer. Contractor"s scopeincludes supply of all material,labour and accessories including but not limited to any fixtures, clamps, gasket, nut bolts, etc.. Scope also includes supply of all lifting tools / necessary accessories and hiring of cranes,hydra,truck,trailer for same. Approximate list of materials includes "-Compressor along with its ccessories - 7 nos "-Cascades-15 nos. 106Design, detail engineering, preparation of design drawings (GA), fabrication drawings including bill of materials and getting approval of all design calculations & design drawings from consultant/client including supply and factory fabrication of steel structures such as columns, column bracings, sheeting posts, rafters, roof bracings, struts, floor beams, handrails, roof purlins, side runners, sag rods, swing platforms, chequered plates, monorail beams, pipe trestle, pipe supports, stair cases, ladder, Anchor bolts (anchor Bolts supply by PEB vendor and fixing shall be carried out by civil contractor),including surface preparation by sand blasting confirming to Swedish StandardSA 2½ for painting, supply and application of 1st coat of Inorganic Zinc Silicate75 microns DFT, 2nd coat of Intermediate of Epoxy High Build Micaceous Iron Oxide(MIO) 100 microns DFT,3rd coat finishing paint of Acrylic Polyurethane40 microns DFT and 4th coat finishing Paint of Acrylic Polyurethane40 microns DFT (Total DFT = 255 microns minimum) of approved colour, including transportation and delivery at site, unloading, storage and handling at site, site assembly and finally erection of structures at appropriate locations, alignment and bolting of all structures true to line, level, plumb and dimension. All works shall be completed as per Specification, scope and description of works, drawings and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. (The cost & weight of bolts (permanent and service),washers, electrodes, putty, gases, shims, packs, cost of straightening the raw materials, cutting of flats from plates and providing splices, paints, tools, plants, testing of materials, Inspection, etc. and all other consumables as required for completion the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates).
107Supply and erection of zincalume high tensile colour coated steel sheet on roof and sides:
108Preparation of sheeting drawings, bill of materials, getting approval of all design calculation & drawings from consultant, including supply of 0.5mm TCT zincalume high tensile colour coated steel sheets (fy=550MPa) conforming to IS:15961 having trapezoidal profile with a cover width of 930-1020 mm and 28-32 mm deep crest atpitch of 186-250mmc/c with minimum two ribs at centre for stiffening. with zincalume coating 150gsm. The sheet shall have a total coating thickness of 35 micron,super durable polyester colorbond XRW quality paint system of 20 microns on exposed surface and 5 micron reverse polyester coat on back surface over 5 micron primer coat on both side surface as per IS:15965 .the paint system should have stable resin & inorganic pigments for paint durability and lead free for water harvestingThe sheet shall have anti-capillary groove to avoid any seepage of water through lateral over lap, compatible flashing, Trims,ridge panel, curved panel, canopy soffit closure, canopy gutter, down take pipe, closers fittings and fixtures, accessories, sealing tape etc, warehouse Gutter and canopy gutter shall be made out of same material as sheeting, including transportation and delivery at site, storage and handling at site, cutting and bending of sheets to required shapes and sizes and erecting them on roof and sides using self-drilling, self-tapping fasteners which shall be hot dip galvanized with Xylon coated with EPDM Seals conforming to AS: 3566 class 3 with colour coated to match sheet panel at proper position. Roof sheet shall be laid in combination of colours as per approved colours scheme. The sheet shall have brand marking of the manufacture giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirmimg genuinity of the material. All works shall be completed in all respect as per specification, scope and description of works and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Mode of measurement shall be total covering area of sheeting. Lapping of sheets, ridges and flashes shall not be paid extra. (Only net laid area to be measured for payment)
109Supply and erection of polycarbonate sheets on roof and sides:
110Preparation of sheeting drawings, bill of materials, getting approval from consultant, including supply of 3 mm thick polycarbonate sheets as per IS:14443 of profile matching with roof and side sheeting as per item no ST-2 above with fittings and fixtures, water tight sealant, including GI welded wire mesh of 40x40x2 mm on the underside of polycarbonate sheets, transportation and delivery at site unloading, storage and handling at site cutting and bending of sheets to required shapes and sizes, including erecting them on roof and sides at proper positions, all work shall be completed in all respect as per specification, scope and description of work and drawings and as per direction of the Engineer-In-Charge (only net laid area to be measured for payment).
