Replacement of existing old damagedmono blockHC pump sets with 4000 GPHx51 M head =02 nos along with allied accessories by Constructionof RCC block of size 2.5\"x2’x2’=2nos cement sand aggregatein the ratio of 1:2:4. one for each mono block HC pump set .The job includes dismantling of old damaged blocks using skilled labour and tool, tackles. Disposal of excavated material to a suitable distance from the pump room. Laying of blocks after fabrication of steel mesh ofsize 2.5’x2’x2’ approx. with horizontal and vertical 10mm dia. MS bars. from inside of mesh along the horizontal and vertical base having 5\" spacing and placing of mesh in position.Placing of base frame over the mesh and leveling it both horizontally as well as vertically.Providing and fixing of foundation bolts fabricated out of MS round having threading on one side and other side forming “J” shape.Properly placing of foundation bolts in position along with base plate and properly anchoring the bolts with steel mesh by welding with special welding electrodes.Providing form work in position as per requirement.Filling of cement sand aggregate in the ration of 1:2:4 in the foundation block.The job includes complete plastering and curing of the foundation block.Construction of drain with cement and sand in the ratio of 1:4 for drainage of seeping water outside the pump room.The job includes cost of material, labour, form work and curing.Installation of mono block pump sets by way of placing of pump setsover the base frames by using manual labour.Providing and fixing of base bolts with nuts and washers making proper alignment of pump sets.Testing on no load and on full load of P/sets by complete priming of p/setsthrough suction manifold.inserting packing to gland cups and tightening to gland cup studs. Checking and plugging the leakages in suction, delivery pipes .Inter-connection of suction and deliveries of the pump sets to the suction and delivery sides by fabrication ,modification and fixing/laying pipes, bends,reducers as per requirement. Replacement and welding of heavy duty flanges , bends, reducers and matching flanges includingcontrol valves. 2 no 100mm dia.Sluice valves at suctionpipe by cutting and welding of MS pipe from inside and outside in two layers so as to cease the leakages.Painting the delivery and suction pipe lines with two coats of metal primer and then applying two coats of black synthetic enamel of superior quality.Complete job includes modification, laying of suction and delivery pipes with requiredfitment of sluice valves ,Check valves by way ofcutting ,welding ,flanging work after dismantling and relaying of existing foundation blocks. Including material cost i.e. mono block pumpsets, cost of pipe, bends, flanges, sluice valve, jointing material, industrial gases, hire charges of CC breaking machine, superior quality electrodes and charges of skilled/unskilled labour including to and fro charges, hire charges of mechanical transport and testing. Job also includes replacement of damagedsluice valve 4\" dia with new one at wash out site near central pump house water body with all material and labour charges including taxes. Complete job.
